All looks genuine from the outside, registered company, fancy website, linked with shopify and PayPal. Made my order, got a confirmation email, all looked good. Then the estimated delivery date came and went, no update, don't reply to my emails, don't answer calls or return voicemails. I've now cancelled payment with credit card company, emailed my cancellation intention and warning others.
When looking at company house profile, the owner/director appears to have had 4 identical businesses since 2020, all closing before submitting 1st year financial results. All starts to become a bit suspect. My gut, this is all a scam. Put all this effort in and could probably have a genuinely good business but would rather just rip everyone off. Avoid like the plague

This company is most likely a scam, and highly unprofessional at best.

It was only incorporated in May 2026, yet claims to have had unprecedented order volumes.

No posts on instagram.

I wanted to make sure others are warned - their products from nkuku are too good to be true and I never received my £400 order.

I am now disputing with my bank while waiting to see if my refund arrives.
