I have been under the care of Rachel Webb for the last two years. She has been nothing but attentive with any issues we’ve had. Always responded quickly to our emails and has made the tenancy seamless. Thanks so much Rachel!

I've been renting a property managed by Acre for over four years now and they have always been brilliant! They've responded quickly to any issues faced in the house, I can't think of anything negative to say from my experience, they're great people.

Looks good but poor quality. Everything is done for as cheap as possible most importantly sound insulation between rooms, can hear people as if they were in the same room

Absolutely brilliant service. I got in touch with Shamia through spare room.

I needed something soon, and she was able to arrange everything for me extremely quickly.

What is often a stressful chore, was made simple, quick and easy and I am extremely grateful.

Rachel is the property manager of my flat and the flat opposite and she has been so great and supportive throughout my stay. She responds to emails and issues quickly and jumps to fix them and sort them out immediately. I can talk to her about any issue whether it’s small or big and she will make sure it’s addressed properly. The service she has provided and keeps providing is excellent.

I recently need to find a new room for my work place. I had the pleasure of working with Acre Properties, and I must say, the experience far exceeded my expectations.

Especially thanks to Anuj, whose dedication, patience, and expertise truly set a new standard for what I thought possible from a property agency! Anuj was not only responsive and attentive but also took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for, making the entire process seamless and stress-free. EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE and dedication from Rachel at Acre properties. Any issues have been dealt within 24hrs and has always followed up following repairs. Acre Properties is a great letting-agency. I have rented with them in the middle of Covid and had a good experience with them, which is why I thought to go with them again this year. They are very professional and responsive and highly understanding of personal circumstances. I have had different property managers to deal with, most recently Ben. I am living outside of London now but will certainly consider renting with them again when I come back to the city. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a decent place to stay, predominantly in West and South West London.

Rachel, Jake and Anuj have all been incredible and extremely helpful during our time to find and rent a property.

Any request, small or big, Rachel has taken her time to help us with to ensure it is resolved quickly and it is always done to a very high standard. All of the team are responsive to emails and very willing to help.

We have only been living at the property for a short while but during this time their service has been unmatched. They are a fantastic team who I cannot recommend enough to others during their property hunt - you will not regret going with Acre Properties.

The rental market is crazy at the moment and I have dealt with a few agents who would just neglect you after their first interaction.

Shamia is not one of them! She continuously kept me updated on available flats. Finding a flat is already stressful enough so having a supportive agent really helps ease your mind
