Really happy with the quality of my prints from Acrylic Glass photo. Definition on 30 & 60 cm was amazingly good, even though I only had 2MB photo files. Colour reproduction great. Recommended.

Very poor quality- like a scratch card
Bought an acrylic photo and the back is like a scratch card.
There is no protection on it and as soon as it came out the box it scratched and now I have a see through mark . Would not buy anything else!!
I reported it and got a reply to say there's nothing they can do and that the back is very sensitive!

Import charges so beware
i was not made aware that there would be import charges to be paid to UPS when I phoned Germany the lady I spoke to told me abruptly to blame BREXIT and the UK Government. She said that tere was a disclaimer at checkout but I did not see one and there was no mention in their general terms and conditions. Buy UK in future.
The company didn’t make me aware of the…
The company didn’t make me aware of the extra fees. I had to pay import taxes plus a collection/handling fee to UPS for collecting the import taxes. The pictures were ok, but the unexpected £56 on top made me feel cheated, as it was not mentioned while I placed my order.
Be aware of import fees!
Be aware of import fees!
We purchased from this company and checked delivery FAQs to make sure we knew what we were signed up for. Just had an email from UPS charging us for import costs. On closer reading this is because of Brexit and the company being based in Germany despite having a .co.uk website. There is no mention anywhere of import costs. Ours was £50 so be mindful when purchasing that hidden fees will occur.
Do not fall in the trap!
Hidden fees to import the good in the UK. We called the customer service and the arrogant lady on the other side of the phone simply cut the conversation short saying there was no refund for customize prints and that the custom duties are not their business (£50 over an order of 150£, shipping included). They use a UK website but based in Germany. Pretty long shipping time as well. To avoid, honestly!
THE COLLAGE CONFIRMATION WAS NOT WHAT I SUBMITTED
I took ages compiling collages for my husband's 60th birthday. I found the process not entirely user friendly. The company are based in Germahy. When I submitted the collage, the collage confirmation was not as I had submitted. It had at least 3 duplicates in it. i WOULD NOT HAVE CONFIRMED SOMETHING WITH DUPLICATIONS! When I tried to cancel the order the next morning stating my 14 days cooling off period, I was told it was too late and the coolling off period did not apply to collages. I am now left with a collage costing over £50 that will be no use.
I am not impressed and intend to take this to the Trading Standards in the UK also.
Acrylic-glass-photo.co.uk AVOID THEM
Bought a picture for a Christmas gift, the price was in excess of £200. I opened it after Christmas to mount it and it was damaged. The company point blank refused any assistance, despite sending photo evidence and keeping the wrapping to show the damage was already under it all. The company claim that as it is over month then they won't entertain the damge. Clearly they don't understand the concept of Christmas gifts. I am currently disputing by PayPal. Avoid them.
