I recently purchased three remote controlled blower fans from Acssart. The fans arrived and I attempted to install them, and unfortunately, they did not fit my ducked work. I notified Acssart via email. I was given a response within twenty four hours. Acssart apologized, and thanked me for my time. I was told that I would be refunded within ten to fourteen days. Doing business with this company has been great. Returns were very easy. Great customer service. Thank you Acssart.
