Today the 17th Sept I received a full refund for the product ordered! I appreciate the quick response in which Acssart responded to my review, it doesn’t change the product itself but it does show that the customer services and response time is very good. For that alone I am changing my star rating to 3.
I unfortunately ordered two sun hats which looked ideal. They arrived to day, needless to say they quality is so poor to say the least they look so cheap! They were not cheap to purchase! Lessons Learnt.

Be warned! - Update
Since writing my original review regarding a bad experience with ordering an item from this company. I have to say that Acssart reacted extremely quickly and more than fairly.
I am very satisfied with their response to my complaint to the point that I would reccommend them as a good company that I would use again. They are looking at the problem and I'd say check you order before you send especially if your have a touchy keyboard.

Egg poacher
Waste of money. The lid does not close with the base, so poaching the eggs would be impossible to achieve. I checked to find out where they get their gadgets from, and no surprise, made in China. This egg poacher is a classic piece of Chinese cheap rubbish. The manufacturing process was pathetic. The marketing is totally misleading as to the quality of the product. If I could give zero stars I would.

4 stars, but not for the product
Interestingly my review is not about the product. The scratch remover did absolutely nothing for the scratches on my car. However when I contacted the company and told them that they immediately offered to refund me the entire price of my purchase. Having gotten similar guarantees from online companies before, I was a bit dubious so I waited until the credit actually appeared on my credit card. It did less than a week after I had been promised. So the product did nothing for me but this company is legit and has integrity in terms of doing the right thing when a purchase doesn’t work out. Hence the four stars. I wish more companies online were this honest and accommodating.
