Accidently ordered two steamers
So I ordered a steamer from this company and accidently ordered two of them. I contacted them saying I only wanted one. They responded by telling me they had refunded one of the units and not to bother shipping the other unit back. Probably inordinately expensive sending the unit back to China but still it's pretty decent service

Great customer service
I purchased a furniture moving tool that did not meet my expectations. I felt it had very limited usefulness at least for me. Also, the package that was delivered to me was crushed and appeared to have been left in the rain (could ha e been shippers fault I guess). I asked to return it for a refund and within one day I received a reply telling me to keep the product and a refund would be forthcoming. This is great customer service and I appreciate that very much.

I can honestly say this company has the highest standard of customer service that I have ever experienced with on-line shopping. My order arrived on time and left in a safe place. I got an email that my order was…
I got an email that my order was delivered but I didn’t find anything at door, reached out to advise and later next day was checking my mail I found my order was placed there, reached out embarrassed to advise, at same time I was getting replies from customer service trying to help, the only thing hoping for the product to open up our kitchen drain.
