It's clean and refreshing most definitely, however, after some research and reading reviews, it would appear the marketing for this product is what gives it sales, due to the evolving age of information where societies are starting to see how made to purchase foods and drinks that damage out bodies overtime.
My point is I made one purchase after learning about micro plastics in water bottles, any bottles and packaging in again both food and water products and actiph is the only place I could find to buy glass bottled water from, so to understand the misleading benefits from this product due to higher claims of pH levels at the prices they sell at is upsetting. Truth is, water comes from the land that needs to be cleansed and packaged in best way for healthy beneficial human consumption so for a business to kindly collect, clean and package the water how it should be for humans but then mislead with marketing and sell over priced is upsetting. If use really cared for your customers health ' truth ' and fairness should of been at the forefront when establishing this business as clearly there's been steps in separate direction to other water brands as they do know what other water brands are really selling, therefore, I feel the marketing should of been slightly altered focusing more on the water being glassed bottled rather than it has health benefits. Having said that, the water is really refreshing, taste great and clean however, surely we can work on the price for the customers here due to this forever increasing challenging financial crisis for us all.
Thanks Danny Putman.

The water is really good. I had a problem with deliveries, I wrote to them, no response. I canceled my subscription and will not with them again. Change your manager who have somehow managed to bring you to rock bottom and then given you a shovel to start digging

The bottle makes bold claims – “supercharged to pH 9+” and “hydration to the next pH level” – but the reality is far less exciting.
Yes, it’s slightly more alkaline than normal bottled water, and it contains a sprinkle of electrolytes, but the amounts are tiny compared to what you’d get from food or a proper sports drink. Your body also regulates its own pH tightly, so drinking this won’t make you “more alkaline” or give you extra energy.
What you are really buying is well-marketed British spring water in a recyclable bottle. It’s safe and perfectly fine to drink, but don’t expect miracles – hydration is hydration, whether the label says pH 7.5 or 9+.
Good product, overhyped marketing.

Can’t rate this enough!!
I’ve been drinking this for a few months now and my acid reflux has been so much better I’ve been on my medication for years after my gallbladder surgery
It’s helped no end 🤩

I recently had a frustrating experience with my Actiph Water deliveries due to issues with their delivery partner, Yodel. My orders were either delayed or mishandled, which was disappointing given how much I enjoy their product.
However, I want to commend Actiph Water's customer service team for stepping in and addressing the problem promptly. They were understanding, responsive, and took the necessary steps to resolve the issue. Their follow-up and commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction truly stood out.
Thanks to their support and proactive approach, my trust in Actiph Water has been fully restored. I’m pleased to say everything is now back on track and I’ll continue to enjoy their refreshing alkaline water with confidence.
Great taste, clean, fresh, very smooth, evaporates off my tongue. Having experienced drinking 12 glass bottles I was surprised how easily I drank them, within just a few days, usually I struggle to drink this much water.
I'm currently waiting for my next delivery to arrive! 12 bottles every 2 weeks!....Since I ran out I've noticed my energy levels drop this week! So I'll be really interested to see if they pick up again when I'm back on it!...Hopefully my deliveries will be consistent
I'd also be interested to know who owns Shropshire Water and the surrounding local land. It's for this reason I avoid Buxton water!

Tastes fine but after drinking one can a day for about a week, which didn’t do anything for reflux in a short space of time, but did do something for my bowels! If you are sensitive to added minerals then this isn’t for you. Magnesium can make do this to me but thought was low enough in the water not to effect me, but it has. I will still drink just maybe one or two cans a week but won’t be buying again when I finish my current stock.

Water tastes fine - am part way through 48 bottles - very drinkable and tentatively helping my acid reflux. Is it better than an antacid tablet? Jury’s out. Sports passes are rubbish though mainly taster sessions that you’d typically get for free anyway and very limited options - but you only find this out after you’ve made the purchase, of course.

I ordered this as their Instagram advert quotes "no heartburn, no reflux"
So I've been drinking this constantly ordering a box of 24. And have experienced no improvement at all of my acid reflux sadly.
Taste is fine so I've been able to get through it but I've just paid £20 for water that tastes as good as my tap (which is filtered) and no other benefits. So I feel a bit stupid falling for the social media marketing.

Great service - 2 days but the delivery just dumped it on my doorstep without even knocking .
I drank a litre so easily and because I have SIBO ( Small intestinal bacteria overgrowth ) I get very bad acid reflux / bloating and on a strict diet - I have to drink 2.5 litres of water a day and this is such lovely clean water . I can taste a slight salty taste on my lips ( sodium I guess ) - is it safe to drink this much Bicarbonate and magnesium or should I litre be the limit per day ? I know it’s just water but do the minerals added make a difference ?
I am impressed so far and have subscribed

It has taken a while for me to start buying Actiph - I am having cancer treatment at present and it is now my go to water. Exceptional in taste and quality , nicely promoted and the bottles are easily opened and sealed. Thank you. An admirer of Jamie D-H and his team for bottling and riding the waves!

As a foil fencer, staying hydrated is key to performing at my best. Fencing is fast-paced, demanding both physical endurance and sharp mental focus. That’s why I’ve started drinking ActiPH Water, and I can honestly say it makes a difference.
What I love about ActiPH is its high pH (9+) and added electrolytes, which help keep me feeling fresh during training and competitions. It has a clean, crisp taste, and I’ve noticed that it helps with recovery, reducing muscle fatigue after long sessions. Unlike sugary sports drinks, it hydrates without any unnecessary additives, which is a huge plus.
Since switching to ActiPH, I feel more energized and ready to push through tough bouts. If you’re looking for a great hydration option, whether you're an athlete or just someone who wants to stay properly hydrated, I’d definitely recommend giving it a try!

The bottle claims pH 9+ but when tested with universal indicator strip the pH was 7 - which is neutral and indistinguishable from tap water.

Ordered 2 items, only received one and after contacting the courier (DPD) to find out it was damaged in transit and returned to the seller and that Actiph would be informed on their system as i was told by dpd. However they were not aware and after not hearing anything from them i sent an email to say are they aware to which they replied they did not get notified, and only knew when i sent my email out to them. A replacement was sent only to be not delivered after tracking on yodel it was cancelled up until the delivery time, again no communication on anyones part to inform me. I sent another email and they said it would be sent out, finally received what i ordered after nearly 2 weeks. I would not be ordering again as this was such a hassle going back and forth with both delivery company and seller. As you can probably tell from the other reviews, everyone has pretty much had the same experience and nothing has been improved as it is evidently happening on a consistent basis.
Refund received and rectified. Good customer service contact from them on their part.
