My return was confirmed delivered Monday yet it’s now Friday and I have still not received the funds back despite paying for return postage and having £5 deducted for processing fee’s nothing seems to be being processed

Easy service
Easy service from Active Co and the trainers arrived in good condition. My only complaint is that they took two weeks to arrive. While I completely understand they were ordered on the 23rd of December and that Christmas/New Year hours may have caused delays, this should have been stated, especially as the delivery timeframe was listed as 1–3 days.

I ordered a tracksuit which came next day as advertised. The tracksuit ended up being too small so had to return (no fault of seller!) and my return was accepted, processed and refunded in just over a week. Always sceptical about websites and instagram pages like this but Active Clo have been great.

Don’t be sceptical. There are so many dodgy websites out there selling similar clothes to this one. I’ve been done over before and ordered stuff that never arrived. These guys Sent out the order straight away and I received it 2 days later. Really happy and I’ll deffo be using these guys again.
