Order arrived in good time. Item was as described. Good value for money. Not heard of this company before but would use again.

I just bought a foundation and definitely received not original, very watery ,texture different from original even smell is different! So much disappointed! I contacted customer service and no response from them. I already send them 3 emails and nothing! I would never recommend to buy from them!

If I could give no stars I would! still awaiting delivery from end July despite platitudes and please be patient still nothhing to requests for refunds ignored have now had to get my credit card company involved. Niether of there registered Tel numbers work.

Lier, Fraud and Horrible customer service team, still i haven not heard anything from their customer service and company. I have lost my money as neither I get my perfume products not they will gonnna refund me at all. Fraud company stay away please

Very good website, easy to use and find what I was looking for. Great prices and excellent delivery service.

The Activecare site was easy to navigate as was the ordering. Prices are competitive and when the items I ordered were delivered they were safely and appropriately packaged. From the initial order to delivery it took less than two weeks.

I have ordered twice from this company. The first time I was skeptical due to the negative reviews. On both occasions the order came well packed and dispatched promptly. I'm happy.

I purchased Elemis Rehydrating Ginseng Toner remarkably cheaper than any other on line store. Prompt delivery and genuine product.

I purchased two items from Active Care Store a brand called Medik8, only one arrived in the parcel and there was no delivery note. I contacted them straight away and they asked me to send a video of me opening the parcel and they would review my claim. Suffice to say I did not video myself opening the said parcel, why would I? I assumed the order would be in its entirety. I have sent them five emails now asking them to respond but have heard nothing. I have now read the reviews and wish I had done so before purchasing. What a disgraceful way to be treated. I am also going to contact Medik8 and inform them of my experience with this company and hope that they will review selling to them. A very disappointed customer indeed. Please anyone reading this take head and go elsewhere

I should have read the reviews before purchasing.
I can appreciate copy cat brands who are open and honest and sell for a fraction of the price this website does.

However they are deceitful and disingenuous with their marketing.

No response to emails.

Beware of fake counterfeit perfumes being sold on this site

Received my fragrance within 3 working days of ordering.. cheaper than any other supplier.. perfectly packaged ..no damage and from the genuine perfume house..well done!!!

I ordered so very expensive face creams only to find one of the creams had been opened and used. This brand is Medik8. I have contacted them twice by email who said they couldn’t do anything for the refund. I am
Going to email Medik8 directly as I know they will be dissatisfied with their products being sold in this way.
Please don’t order from this company as they are selling unsuitable products.
