Expired products

Active Care sent me an expired product. They sent me a return label to return the product and have not refunded me yet despite them receiving the product a week ago. Since the return was made because the product is not fit for purpose, the minimum one would expect is to get an immediate refund rather than waste the customer's precious time chasing customer service. I would not recommend buying from Active Care Store.

I have not received my order although it apparently has been delivered, just not to me or my address. Customer services not helpful.

I placed an order about 3 weeks ago anf…

I placed an order about 3 weeks ago anf never received an email confirmation. About 5 days later I see the amount pending in my account. I looked again thru spam and all that for an email, nothing. I reached out to their customer support, who asked me for an order number. Explained the situation, who again asked for an order number. I made a report thru BBB which they have been unresponsive and now the BBB has closed the complaint. I have repeatedly emailed their customer support for a refund, but now have been unresponsive to me. No product has ever been sent, still no email about the order and no refund either. Poor business ethics or another scammer, either way dont do it.

Do not buy from Activecare !!!

Ordered issey Miyake pour homme on 23rd Nov.. arrived 25th November...damaged bottle and without a doubt Fake product.Have sent 5 emails since 25th and no response..Will escalate through PayPal no doubt...but have also emailed Issey Miyake directly to inform them of this rogue trader.I too would give Zero star rating if possible...please avoid these sharks... absolutely despicable! Wish I'd read Trust pilot reviews prior to engaging with these crooks.

Prompt Delivery with Competitive Prices!

I ordered my BareMineral Foundation with a delivery window of 1-2 days, and I'm pleased to say it arrived in perfect condition. They are also competitive when it comes to pricing, approximately £7.00 less than John Lewis for the same product, makes it a cost-effective choice.
Highly recommended for its reliability and competitive pricing!

I have had the worst experience with Active Carestore. I ordered 2 bottles of aftershave in August. Received the wrong product & after A LOT of ignored emails, I returned the order. This is November & I have still not have a refund of approx £70 or replacement of the ordered product. All emails have been ignored. I would avoid this company like the plague!!!!!

I want to give zero stars

I want to give zero stars. Appalling service. They have just ignored all of my emails, and they have not replied once about my order, which I have been waiting on for over 3 weeks. Their 2-4 business day delivery policy is total BS and fake. Avoid this company like the plague. I ordered this on 15th October. Amazon Logistics have no info at all about this order.

AVOID !!!

AVOID !!!! I bought an item in August, they sent me the wrong product, I sent this one back, I didn’t get any confirmation they had received it. I emailed them a week and half later for an update, they said the original product id ordered wasn’t in stock now and they are giving me a refund. After over a week and half I emailed to ask about my refund….. silence!!!
I continued to email, absolutely no response.
After going through other channels now in October!!!!!!!! I got a response saying they will refund and finally got my money back which was spent with their company in August. It’s absolutely disgusting. There is no contact number, they work entirely through email so they don’t need to communicate with customers.
This company are scammers. Stay clear !!!!!

Do not buy from this company!

Do not buy from this company!! Spent 66 pound on an item and never received
Numerous emails only to have to be ignored or the occasional reply saying they are waiting on response from courier, who they supposedly contacted 10 days ago.

I have to resort to going to my bank to claim which I suggest others do if they have the same experience, which going by the reviews on here I am not alone.
