USA customer A+++ never a problem!!!!

Great Shop!!! Thanks, Mark! I order all my Hope parts from Active sports. Never had a problem, parts that are unavailable in the states they have. (P.S. don't take potshots at them about covid delays. I order a lot of parts from all over the world average delay is from 10 days - 3 weeks.)

Will Order from Here Again! Top Service

Seen the average overall rating and thought I may have problems with my order not arriving quickly.

Contacted the company and they were great, had a problem with a damaged item..... new one was sent asap and 1st class even had a return bag for me to return the damaged yet.

Don't ever worry about ordering from here, great service, great communication and some awesome bargains!

Happy to order from here again, actually better service than some big name companies I've ordered from at the same time!

Top service, keep it up

Order from this company with caution.
They advertise stock at great prices, but the items aren't always in stock.
I ordered a Hope headset and five weeks later it still hadn't arrived, even though I paid in full.
They sent me an email initially to say there would be a 3 to 4 week delay. After 3-weeks I phoned them and they reminded me that they sent an email to say they will be a 3 to 4 week delay, l kept waiting. Given the opportunity they should have explained to me then that they were waiting for my response and not just sitting on my £80. Good customer service counts for everything in these difficult times.
I phoned them after 5-weeks to be informed that I hadn't even placed an order and they were waiting for a response from me. They slammed the phone down on me when I ask them for the refund.
With a collection of 12 bikes within the family we haven't had any problems in obtaining parts or customer service from bike companies throughout this covid period and this is the worst treatment I have received. Actually, I wouldn't bother odering from activesport.

After i read a lot a bad reviews

After i read a lot a bad reviews, i decided to give it a try any way, and a vote of trust to this store.

Things where normal as any other stores, but i had to ask for the tracking number.

After i recived the order, well i was pretty much desapointed. Some of the gods look like its has been used, beat up and full of dust, the others items came in Prestige brand new condition.

I e-mail to them and took a bit off time for a reply, they explain to me that DMR revólver rearhub was sent from DMR warehouse, so they cant know the state the goods shipped, they offer to send a new rearhub or a refund in full.

I was amazed how they handle this complain, not a lot of stores do this.

So my vote off trust was not misplaced.

Iam looking to buy again, great service.

WORST COMPANY EVER !!!!!!! Absolute Jokers

Order some parts on the 17th Aug and hadn’t heard any a week later so I contacted them via email and was told it would be 3-4 weeks for my items , so I replied stating I wasn’t made aware of this delay and would like to cancel order to which they replied “ your order was dispatched 48 hours after I purchased “ so I requested the tracking ! Which they could not provide so he said he would track it down and get right back to me , 4 days later Still no reply I phone them and I’m told he will ring them now and call me strait back ! 2 days later I call back and I’m met this time with nothing but attitude telling me I’ve had it and that they can see I’ve singed for the item ! So again I ask for the tracking and again they cannot provide! This is a Joke Company with the worst customer service I’ve ever come across ! Do business with these at your own peril !!! I was warned and didn’t listen 🙈, don’t make the mistake I made !!! PayPal case had to be opened as they hang up on you.

Multiple emails to say I had not got order delivered.
Activesport replied normally within two days but cannot say what has happened to the order.
13/08 Lost item have not got any more is stock and cannot say when they will have stock.

Have requested refund

Have added another star as I did get my money back in the end but was nearly three weeks total time wasted from original order date.

WOW!

WOW!! Great job TEAM. I ordered a sliding lock for a Topeak carrier on 08/16/2020 and received it on 08/22/2020. Best part...item was shipped to the U.S. during this crazy covid-19. Would not hesitate to make further purchase..

Disappointing so far

Disappointing so far. 1 week after being charged in full for my order I have had no correspondence and no reply to my queries. Treat this company with caution.

5 weeks still nothing

Called them after hearing nothing for over a month since I laid down my order and paid for it.

Person answering the phone tells me there's no phone line due to covid 19 I Need to get back to them on email.

I email them, hear nothing for 4 days, according to themselves they responded in 48h.

Call them again, get the response to email, I tell I'm I've done it and no response.

Then I tell him over the phone I'll wait for another 2 days on the email reply, if I hear nothing I will contact PayPal for a refund of my money, Now he gets pissed! Telling me he'll cancel my order who's about to go out the door (yeah bullocks) and refund me since that's what I want.

At least I hope I get my money back.

So this person gets mad at me after 5 weeks stating I'll take measures if I get no correspondence.

Yes I get covid it hard on everyone but what the actual f...

Will never buy from them again nor recommend them...

Ordered a d linkage for a 2009 Giant…

Ordered a d linkage for a 2009 Giant Reign 1. Not easily found and when l broke my old one I thought that was the end of my Reign. Active sport were quick to confirm the right part and warned me the delivery could be a 3 weeks because of Covid.. but it took little over a week to come from Holland via Active Sport. Thanks to the quick turn around l should be riding soon! Active sport replied to my queries after the sale and all in all it was all good.

Very strange approach to doing business…

Very strange approach to doing business - seem to be the only company in the bike industry where Covid-19 is the excuse for everything and delays their deliveries significantly. All you get is excuse emails, but no delivery for 4 weeks! Very unprofessional and possibly out of business soon for a reason. Their final answer was that they had a process in place for royal mail 2nd class returns if not deliverable. And when received by them, they will refund the payment - really?

Awesome turn around on my order

Awesome turn around on my order. I was after some I-Spec adapter brackets and was expecting the usual extra wait due to the lock down, however here they are just a couple of working days after my order.

hit and a miss

The bike i wanted wasn't in stock and was offered 15% off a 2020 model which was listed as being in stock. I purchased it and the payment was taken from my account. Four days later i was told the bike was no longer available despite it still saying that is was on the website. I purchased elsewhere

Avoid this company

Ordered a child seat that I had to chase for weeks by email, then got through to an super rude guy who asked me if I had heard of something called the covid19 in a very sarcastic way. He claimed that they had tried to deliver which was a lie, and when I wanted to cancel the order, he said- well, good luck trying to find someone with this one in stock. (I did get it from another place 2 days later)
Probably the most rude sales guy Ive ever spoken to, and poor service in general, so avoid!

Disappointed and still no bike

I originally ordered from a different company but they sent the wrong size. So I looked elsewhere and ordered a bike with Active Sport. It turned out the bike wasn’t in stock, but they were able to offer me this year’s model for the same price, so I was initially very happy. Unfortunately this bike got lost in transit and when I queried where it was (after the conservative delivery timeframe had passed) I was told I could have a full refund or a replacement sent out. I opted for the replacement but this has still not arrived, despite Parcelforce telling me it would reach me by last Friday. Yesterday (Monday) I was given a one hour delivery slot, however, the bike was returned to Depot and no delivery attempt was made. I have now been waiting for over a month for this bike to arrive and have been unable to join my family for our daily exercise together. I wish I had stayed with the original company as, despite lockdown, they were able to get the bike out to me in a matter of days and sent a courier 2 days later to collect the bike that had to be returned. My husband also ordered and received a new bike from a different company in the time that I have been waiting for this one, so I think they need to review their courier service options! I know these are difficult times but this is now getting ridiculous...
