Invaluable. Philippe (tutor) created a really playful and safe space to experience, try out, work and discover. I have come away with some great findings and new perspectives which I am looking forward to applying to future projects.

I had an amazing time on the 5-day Screen & Showreel course at Actors Studio. Everyone was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and supportive.

In advance of the course, there was great communication, a detailed welcome pack and a WhatsApp group created for the class (Thank you Helen!). We had two days of learning with Sarah Hannah, who shared so much invaluable knowledge, followed by three days focusing on our scenes for the showreel. A huge shoutout to our Director Taz Ayoub and the whole crew on the filming days — they made the experience so enjoyable and we learned so much from them.

I’d highly recommend this course, and Actors Studio more generally.

Nathan and the entire team were outstanding. As a newcomer, I truly appreciated their insight and guidance throughout the process. I’m excited to collaborate with them again in the future!

Taking part in the Actors Studio UK course in Geneva has been one of the most rewarding experiences in my professional journey so far. The program is built with both precision and generosity: every exercise challenges you, every piece of feedback opens a new perspective, and every interaction reminds you why you fell in love with acting in the first place.
What I appreciated most is the balance between practical craft and career insight—not only did I sharpen my tools as an actor, but I also gained clarity on how to navigate the industry with confidence and authenticity.

It was an incredible opportunity to delve into acting on screen for the first time - our instructor, Jaz, did an incredible job of making everyone feel at ease, regardless of experience level and taught us a great deal in such a short space of time.

I recently attended a day Screen Acting Workshop and already looking when to go back. It was an incredible experience and even more magical being at PW. Wish there were more Pinewood options for evening workshops.

The whole experience is superbe.
It is a magical place that enhances your motivations and abiliries to perform. Pinewood studios is the Paramount place for an actor.
The teaching experience was excellent. The people are friendly, warm, welcoming and very professional.
So, in sum, every single aspect, venue, quality and people are 5/5!

I have completed a few short acting courses in the past, including one with this same company, but this was far and away the best one I have participated in.

Each week, you get to learn different aspects of the craft, from technical elements to warm up techniques and how to craft a character. During the final week, everything comes together and it helped to take me from cold reads to something more fully formed. This has helped me to realise that I am capable.

I have learned a lot about acting and the industry from this course. However, that's not all I took away. I came away feeling like a better person and more willing to take leaps in the future.

This would not be possible without the acting tutors, directors, and crew that I worked with throughout the course. I also met some very good people who took part in the course as well, and I hope we get to see each other again in the future.

It was a great experience. Very informative and the instructor were great! They were considerate and patient in how to handle prop firearm in a filmset. They were clear about the safety precautions in handling them. We got to do several scenarios that requires this skillset. We did some Tactical and Bodyguard scenario. Instructors were experienced and they would often input what it would potentially be like in real life. For me, I felt the adrenaline as I immersed into those scenarios. This helps me to try to be as accurate as possible in portraying Tactical teams.

In terms of transportation, I don't drive and the organiser supported me in getting into the location to shoot our showreel. The crew were also professional and fun to work with when preparing and shooting our showreel.

Overall, it was a fun experience and informative. I feel more confident in this kind of skillset if I were to use it in the a filmset.

Whether you’re already an actor or not (I wasn’t), trust me, a 4-week masterclass is where real transformation happens. The professional crew doesn’t just teach; everyone genuinely care about unlocking each student’s potential and authentic voice, and they make it so easy to be brave. All you need to bring is curiosity, fascination, and discipline. What made the amazing team of Actors Studio extraordinary? They mastered the balance of challenging you intensely while creating the safest possible space to be vulnerable and taking risks. It’s not just another acting class; it’s where you have the chance to discover yourself as an artist, surrounded by a professional crew whose passion and attention to detail will make you leave forever changed. Thank you everyone, I had the greatest time and hope to come back in one point :)!!!

From start to finish it’s very professionally run I feel very welcome and it’s very organised. The filming on set reminds me of a real film set and the quality of the material I’ve received in the past has been 2nd to none. I highly recommend this course

I got out of this one-day course exactly what it needed and even more, I will definitely come back for more

The 1 week Firearms Course was excellent - I went from feeling nervous around guns to super confident about what I would need to do on set to handle them and be knowledgable and safe around a crew and other cast members. For me this was my second Actors Studio course and I have to say, putting what I'd learnt on the first course (Month Diploma), made me feel much more confident on set too, so I felt I kind of got more out of the second one because I'd done the first one. A month was quite long, the week was a bit short - might love some that are a fortnight haha!! The course leaders are all amazing, crew are lush, other participants fantastic, everything very professional. I just wish I could afford to do more of these courses!

Just (yesterday) finished a four week Meisner with Skye course - utterly brilliant. We covered so much, from basics of short and long form repetition, to (by the end) applying Meisner methods to rehearsing a duologue. Very practically-focused with lots of opportunities for feedback and development. I was surprised by just how much we covered in such a meaningful way each week. Skye is hugely experienced and her insight and knowledge is invaluable.

I’ve come out of it feeling empowered with a new skillset I can apply to my current practices. Highly recommended, would do again!

I had a fantastic experience in the Meisner course with Skye Hallam at Actors Studio. Skye is an incredible teacher—insightful, passionate, and truly dedicated to her students' growth. She creates a supportive and engaging environment where everyone feels encouraged to take risks and explore their craft more deeply.

The course was well-structured, challenging in the best way, and filled with valuable exercises that helped me connect more truthfully in my work. I highly recommend this class to anyone looking to develop their acting skills in an authentic and meaningful way.
