I have a leak in my house which has caused severe damage to my floor. I had all the floors lifted up and I am still waiting for this to be sorted. This occurred in January! I am now pregnant . I need help please Acumen can I get a manager to speak with me ?
Our house was hit by a car causing structural damage. The driver turned out to not have valid insurance so reluctantly we had to claim on our household insurance - so far, so annoying!
Our insurers passed the case to Acumen to manage and co-ordinate the repair work. From start to finish they have been excellent and the work of Mick & his team was of the highest standard and was completed much quiler than we expected given the tricky location.
Cant really fault them despite obviously being an "accidental customer" given the circumstances.
No Stars would be better. A simple leak in a kitchen, which should have been resolved in a few weeks... 6 months in and counting. I'll update when we actually have a result.
