I contcated acuro home improvememts about installing a hatch at the bottom of my stairs. They quickly got back to me and within a day of sending some info over confirmed I could have it done. With me being based quite far away I had to pay a little extra for travel and accomodation expenses which I thought was fair. Then just had to wait for them to get a couple more jobs locally to make it viable. I was booked in within less than two months which was fine with me.

Just had it done today and I am very very happy with the outcome. The guy I had come was called Marc and he was very polite and explained everything and at the end made sure I was happy with everything before he left. He was a bit worried at first by looking through a a hole that was in the stairs at what he might find behind but int he end everything was fine and he had no problems at all. Overall very very happy with the hatch and would definetly reccomend this company to other people.

Installed under stair storage last week. Old staircase but very neat carpentry has if anything made them stronger. Very useful extra space, couldn't be happier.

Mark came out yesterday to put in storage under stairs. Really neat and tidy job. Cannot tell at all when it's closed that the stairs open. Mark was friendly and helpful and left my hallway spotless. Would definitely recommend.

installer arrived promptly on Tuesday as scheduled to set about converting my stairs. all done very tidily, professionaly and quicky in the time he said he would of about 3 hours. quality workmanship and finish. Love my new secret cupboard, my neighbours were very impressed so much so i think there will be a new customer soon 🤣...very happy thankyou ! 😁
