Had a new garage door installed today the guys made an excellent job I would certainly recommend this company .The guys were neat and tidy very friendly and professional

From start to finish the company was great, no upfront payments, new double roller door fitted in the timeframe specified, the fitters done an excellent job, very tidy and helpful, so from the office staff, Billy who measured up the job, to the fitters, very professional and easy to deal with.

Kay Garage Doors fitted two sectional doors to our double garage. Unfortunately, there was a 'misunderstanding' in ordering that only became obvious after installation. However, Scott and Billy took ownership of the problem and to their considerable credit rectified the problem to our complete satisfaction. The new fitted doors and installation look good and have certainly enhanced our house. I therefore endorse Kay Garage Doors as a totally trustworthy, customer focused and reliable Company supplying a quality product.

I contacted Kay Doors about an urgent issue that popped up with our garage door that was potentially a safety issue. They responded back quickly and was able to schedule an immediate team of experienced technicians that evaluated the situation, offer multiple options and immediately resolve the problem within a very short period of time. They had all of the required parts in their vehicle which allowed them to quickly jump on the problem and bring it to closure within a very short period of time. They also did the required annual maintenance to the door and closure unit while there and provided further insight on the ongoing maintenance that I also could address in the future to help reduce any further problems. Again, I would highly recommend Kay Overhead Doors to everyone, if you want honest, quick and reasonably priced doors / equipment.

Everything from quote to actual fitting of my replacement powered garage door went exactly as promised....and I am delighted with it.....the bonus is a quality product with a ten year guarantee.

Had 2 Hormann electric doors fitted to my double garage. The quality of the doors is fantastic. The two fitters who came out were superb. Fitted in a couple of hours and all the old doors and frames taken away. Left the place spotless.
