I was very satisfied
I was very satisfied! It all went very smoothly and I was surprised when the worker in Barr could speak a little English. That made it a lot easier. I rented a Toyota aygo or similar, but got a Peugeot, which looked new and was pleasant to drive in. Over all a very nice experience.

It was the worst possible experience
It was the worst possible experience. And it hasn't ended yet.
I have have booked a car online for 10 days and I have payed for it online. When I arrived to the garage to have the car, it appeared that they don't have this car, but they didn't tell their was a mistake or something, they kept lying and taking time with some stories about their boss who is on his way back driving the car. As I needed the car urgently, I had to take their proposal of a different car . The whole procedure had taken about FOUR hours!!!
When I was checking out the car, they tried to charge me for damages on the car. Luckily I have taken many photos of the car when I was taking it and I had a proof of the condition of the car when I took it. Also, they forced me to use their car wash to clean the car exterior. Which is outrageous !!!
In addition I haven't got the bail return yet, and it's been more than two weeks already. They have said they may keep it for about a month.
I am very sorry to have had such an experience . I wish not any person be in similar situation

Great company
Great company to deal with. Easy booking and friendly staff on the ground. Good Quality new vehicle but we had to use their breakdown service (battery issue) which apart from the communication problem was sorted asap.
I would have no issue recommending ADA to.anyond in the future

Our flight had a delay of more than 3 hours. Once arrived, every other car company was open, ADA not. We had to hire another car to arrive at our destionation. The next morning we drove back to ADA. They had given our car to someone else. No other option was given, the money is gone. Thiefs of the purest kind. Never rent a care here, zero costumer service.

Very convenient location to pick up car. Only problem was the rear view mirror was smashed. Couldn’t see out of it. The car was otherwise fine. People very helpful.
