It has been a wonderful experience using adage again. They are very understanding and supportive.

Good and faster

the customer services lady was very helpful, she assisted very well . and really help me to understand the process.

I don’t actually think this is a legit company. Either way they have my bank statements.. no way to contact them, they reply on email but it’s mostly incoherent or doesn’t match the request I made on the website. Something isn’t right about this whole setup. Quote 2 working days but then you never hear from them again. Stay well clear

I’ve also noticed a pattern of them replying to negative reviews saying “I have checked your application and we reached out to you but you did not get back” many of these people do not have their names displayed so how do you know their name to pull up their application to then provide that answer on here?. Open your eyes people it doesn’t take a genius.

Very disappointing result
I have passed all checks and was approved and had an very helpful conversation with my associate
Just to then minutes later be called again and told that I would not be able to get the loan due to another member in my household having taken a loan with them years ago?! Although it was paid and dusted. Was not given a reason to this just that I should try again another time

Always helpful, never had a problem. Customers service is brilliants. I have been getting a loan from them for some times and even when I had a few struggle in making payment due to personal issues, they was able to help and make it easier to pay and come back again and borrow.

The local helper with the big reputation, serving people better than brand names at the cost of absolute customer services. While others implement services to clients, at Adage credit customer services came to beg to be used. Better than all!

Not sure about the reviews on here I put application in 10 days ago7 days ago accepted all the documents I sent . Them nothing from them contacted them numerous occasions.then today they said they needed something else shocking customer service.dont use.
