DO NOT BUY. Their bracelets and chains will turn your neck green. I bought Moissanite. they sent me CZs. Moissanite is 3X THE PRICE AND THEY SENT ME FAKE ONES. DO NOT EVER BUY. EVER.

Been over a year and not received my jewellery, always tell me it’s going to be a few weeks over and over again. Do not waste your money with these scammers

"Update to review below that was 15/5/2025 adamans reply on here didnt help at all their support email i told them about this trustpilot reply still refusing to refund and same lies another 6 weeks now saying moissoinite rings are coming they will come they will come and no tracking number nithing happening will report to ombudsman absolute conmen this company". Ordered 3x moissonite rings silid silver and gold vermail mix, all 3x tested as cz and not silver and not vemeil no 925 stamps either and lots of gra moissonite certs. Been told by them ah sent in error sent me 1 more ring thats fake too all tarnished fast and emails saying these were samples real ones coming had about 30x emails going on for months keep saying just a few more weeks a few more weeks given up demanded refund 2x and they wont. Absolute con artists DO NOT BUY MOISSANITE OFF THIS SITE!!!

I wish I could give 0 stars. Scammers sent me a bunch CZ when I specifically ordered from the moissanite collection. Took me days to get response, and then they first blamed their “3rd party shippers” for sending the CZ with actual GRA certificates claiming it was moissanite. Then they blamed the promotion saying all the BOGO stuff is from their CZ collection. Even though I’m showing them the receipt that shows the charged items being moissanite, which is double the price, they claimed the CZ was what you receive when doing the promotion. They’re scammers.
The pearl necklace is sold as genuine fresh water pearls LOL they’re fake. They wouldn’t even dispute it when I called out the FAKE PEARLS. I paid 179.50 for the MOISSANITE RING and selected the MOISSANITE STUDS and pearl necklace for the free items. They sent me the CZ ring and the CZ studs. I tested the stones. The bag is labeled as CZ. Just all around a garbage experience in every way. Wouldn’t even recommend them to my worst enemy.

Edit: notice how they addressed ZERO of my claims in their response. Just some cornball hyped up response saying email us like I hadn’t been emailing them non stop for a week. LOL
Also I sent the jewelry back and it was delivered on the 16th.. they’re still withholding my payment. So I escalated a case with PayPal. I encourage absolutely nobody anywhere ever to do business with this joke of a company. SCAMMERS

Scam scam scam !!!! Don’t buy from here AM trying to return an order I placed they telling me is final sale.
This is what they said. I checked your order, and it includes the Moissanite 5 Row Paved Ring - 18K Vermeil - D Colour - VVS1. Since this is a Moissanite piece, and as per our return policy, Moissanite items are final sale, so we're unfortunately unable to accept a return for this item.

We totally understand this might not be ideal, but the terms of our policy do make that clear. Again DONT BUY FROM HERE OH AND I FORGOT THEY TAKE FOREVER TO REPLY TO EMAIL

It's been almost a year since this company has been "communicating" with me regarding the necklaces and bracelets we purchased!? We ordered and paid for two necklaces and two moissanite bracelets for my partner and I. They sent us cubic zirconia items along with their "Certificates of Authentication" cards and didn't even bother to communicate the fact that not only did they DECEIVE us by sending FAKE jewelry, they had the audacity to put certification cards in the package indicating that what they sent was genuine?! We had to call/email them MULTIPLE times to get any traction from their errors! According to one of their representatives, we were told that their website had an error on it and we were not supposed to be able to order the items at the price listed? After many months of waiting and receiving countless emails stating: "thank you for your patience, we're getting your jewelry ready and you won't be disappointed", we received the necklaces. We are STILL WAITING for someone/ANYONE to respond to our last request for an update on where our PAID FOR bracelets are! Our last communication to this company was on 30MAY25. Still waiting... Because of the length of time that's passed, we are not able to dispute the charges. As a Customer Service Manager, it's very disappointing to experience this staggering lack of action, sense of urgency and motivation from a company that we've purchased from in the past. We hope this message reaches someone who will take ownership of our situation and do what's right to course-correct the errors made by someone who, we hope, is no longer employed. We will not be holding our breath. Sad.

After being super excited, I am very disappointed with the recent purchase I made. The quality of the jewelry did not match the advertised description. I purchased 3 pieces of SILVER jewlery on a sale and they sent me 3 pieces of FAKE. I reached out to the business and let them know that there was an issue with my order, sent pictures of the label on the jewelery and my receipt. Their answer to this is that those items were not included in the sale and there was an issue with check out. This is a lie as I have screen snaps of each piece of jewelry with the buy one get to sale above it. Regardless, they should have reached out and let me know before sending three pieces of fake jewelry and hoping I didn't notice. Sadly, I believe I was a victim of a dishonest business practice. I hope others will be cautious when considering a purchasing from this company. I thought I could trust them because they are a large company is essential to research and protect yourself from potential scams. It is really a shame that a business of this magnitude conducts themselves the way they do.

The Grillz don’t fit. They’re a waste of money. And if you get multiple things at once, only one if protected by their guarantee. Which I had no idea about. Only reason not a one star is shipping is fast and I like my chain. Just very disappointed about everything else.

This company is on companies house but has to be a fraud. They told me by parcel was delivered and sent me a picture of it in the warehouse parcel cage. Are they having a laugh. I have been to the ombudsman and I’ll start putting my correspondence together and leave it to them to deal with. Trying to talk to the company is hopeless. I would advise everyone to just go to order from shein they now do the same stuff. Atleast you know it will be delivered.

If I could give this company a negative star I would. I purchased over a thousand dollars worth of Moissanite pieces back in June. They send me fake pieces and when I informed them of it they gave me the excuse that it’ll take time to make the Moissanite pieces and they wanted to keep my style fresh that’s why they sent the fake pieces. I didn’t order CZ’s. I paid for Moissanite. I want what I paid for or refund my money. They also stated a shortage of Moissanite was another excuse they gave. I’ve since ordered Moissanite pieces from another company and have received them. They are scamming on Moissanite pieces. Sending you CZ’s like you won’t know the difference or won’t take it to a real jeweler to see what you have. DON’T ORDER FROM THEM. THEY ARE FALSELY ADVERTISING MOISSANITE AND SENDING YOU CZs.........^this is literally the same thing happening to me right now and I'm unsure if I'm being scammed or if I'm gonna get the stuff i ordered, of course if i get an update i will change my review also. I'm hoping the new pieces I'm suppose to get have the 925 stamp and are real mossanite. here is my order number ##99466

I just recieved my necklace that was supposed to be Moissanite and it does not test as moissanite. I sent photos of it next to a genuine Moissy, bracelet and showed what the tester does with Adamans necklace and with the REAL Moissanite bracelet. I am waiting to hear back. There was even a certificate from GRA, which I don't place much trust in anyway. I have sent an email but will be disputing my charges if I don't hear beck within 24 hours.
