The Jewellery Company 

Avoid. Rather pay more and buy from shop. I ordered an item and they didn’t send. I didn’t receive my item and they didn’t refund me the money. Ignored me when I emailed them. Con artist

Just a fraudulent company all round. Just a little research and you’ll see it’s not what it’s advertised as. All products are not real diamonds (fake essentially), they drop-ship from China, no factory’s in the UK even exist & delivery is minimum 10 days+ if you do order as it’s from China, despite all this they still advertise that it’s all designed & made in the UK with next day delivery ect which just isn’t possible if it’s coming from China.

Obviously a legit company but just going on companies houses and looking at their company as a whole, just a complete con, got a charge on there from a e-commerce loan company for a start, the finances look horrendous if we’re being honest, owing creditors nearly 750k, in reality they only have nearly maybe 70/80/90k in net assets which isn’t too shabby and they’ve made money every year somehow but it explains how they pretend to live the perfect life on the socials.

All three of them on Social Media pretend to live the most lavish life with 2 cars which cost all together maybe close to 500k plus yet the company finances show nothing remotely close to that, I mean he’s gotta be paying close to 5k a month on finance for the Ferrari. They post trips at different times of the year to make it look like they are out and about always going away when that’s not the reality.

Also advertising and photoshopping images with celebrities like Will Smith, Jalen Hurts, Justin Jefferson wearing their jewellery when everyone knows that just isn’t the case just sums up the company as a whole and this review as a whole.

Just stay away people, stop falling for the BS and invest your money somewhere else more wisely.

Cuban bracelet came nice, but the sizing threw me off a bit. It’s a touch tighter than expected. Still looks premium though, so I’m keeping it.

Terrible company, unimaginably dishonest, did not send my certification papers because obviously their stones are FAKE. The stones are CZ people they are CZ and poorly made CZ to tell the least, most of my pieces barely sparkled, and the RING didn't sparkle at all.

They scam me and when I wanted to make a return they wanted to charge me a 15% restocking fee for jewelry that was clearly shipped from a Chinese factory, vacuum wrapped and all.

They claim this crap is custom made. People wake up, this is common wrapping procedures from jewellery made in these chinese factories this is why when my 5 pieces of jewellery arrived there was no certification because they weren't the mossionite I ordered. I tested them and they were all DUDS.

I ordered the best and most expensive pieces they had as well and their best was absolutely crap. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY the have hidden postage fees a total scam I had debt collectors emailing me as they passed the charge on to them AVOID DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE

I know alot of people are saying Adamans is scamming which lowkey they deff kinda are, however, I did receive my moissanite piece that I ordered 4 MONTHSS AFTER!! If that's not a problem idk what is. They would sent what they call place holder pieces that were CZ's bcz they say they are lacking product. I emailed them continuously and they actually did keep their word that the moissanite piece was coming. But I will give it 4 stars bcz it actually does look pretty fire despite the long wait.

products are decent but terrible customer service, wrong items get sent then they ask so many questions as if you’re in the wrong. Multiple mistakes they've made Won’t be using this company again.

Big let down still waiting for a reply on my refund I have evidence of returning within the 15 days and still no reply from these fools absolutely appalling will be hearing from my lawyers soon. I ordered an item and they told me it’s from uk. But it was not and I didn’t receive my item. And my se one item was a complete joke. Sent me wrong order and even that was missing an item. On messaging them they ignored me and refused to do anything.

Placed an order on 9/19 with free 2-3 days shipping because I wanted some nice jewelry for a trip. The label was created in Ohio meaning my order shipped from the U.S. to be delivered to Arizona. It is now 9/29 and it has yet to even be out for delivery. Don't order from here if you need a timely delivery. They cannot fulfill. I don't even know if they have quality merchandise because I have yet to receive it. Now I have to go out of town and still will not have my order. Waste.

I had HORRIBLE experience with this site. They list their grillz under their moissanite grillz section, but it’s actually cubic zirconia. You can get the same thing on Amazon for less than $30. Just look up “JINAO Grillz Gold Grills for Your Teeth Fake Teeth 18K Gold Plated Iced out 8 Top Teeth 8 Bottom Tooth Grillz for Men Women Hip Hop Rapper Costume” and you’ll find them. When I requested a refund, they said I can’t get one. I wasn’t going to write a bad review, but they said I can’t return so now I’m exposing them. Avoid these fake ass grillz. If u want these for cheaper, just go on amazon. F THIS STORE!!!!!

I have a diamond tester. They do not pass the tester. I can assure you, that the grillz on Amazon are the same as the ones are their website. They are LIARS

They wait for the items to come from china and then ship to you. I have been waiting over a week for next day shipping. Bought for an art show and still 10 days later haven’t received anything. Then blame they it on something sold out but we can send you your other items but didn’t. Waiting!!!! Ordered from guu n another site and came in time for my event. Place is a scam n just buy from guu or if your going to wait dhagate!!

I placed an order on August 20 for Adamans and a different company. I received my order from the second company on 8/24. I email Adamans to obtain an ESD or at the least, an ETA as the website said delivery in 2-3 days. I was told they had an issue and could not ship it yet. They offered to add more items to my order for the inconvenience. How are you able to add more items when you couldn't ship out the original items?
On 8/26 I asked for an update and received the same bogus message. I emailed to cancel and was told that my order could not be cancelled because it was in fulfillment and that they ship too fast to cancel at that point. On 8/29 I emailed again and advised that 9 days after placing the order is not quick at all. They advised it still had not shipped as they are having difficulties. Today is day 13 and I will be filing a chargeback claim with my bank.

This company has false advertisements. They claim that their jewelry is high quality and moissanite. I ordered a sterling silver moissanite ring and when using a diamond tester which I have used on moissanite and works perfectly it didnt pass. My rings didnt come with a .925 stamp and started to make my skin black . It stained my skin so bad it took around 10 hand washes to take off most of it …not all. I heard that it is because of the bogo but if so then why offer it to your moissanite collection . All this is complete bs and I’m extremely unsatisfied and wouldn’t recommend this company. If the company resolves this with the authentic version I may change my mind but as of right now this company is a complete scam.

Adaman’s is a scam. I spent over £100 on a chain they promised would “never lose color” — within weeks it turned green. When I lost the guarantee card (but still had my purchase email), they refused to help. Their “customer service” is rude, unprofessional, and makes you wait forever.

I’ve warned people about my experience and over 100 people have told me I helped them avoid being scammed like I was. Adaman’s sell cheap rubbish, lie about quality, and hide behind fake guarantees.

Avoid at all costs – these are real crooks.

On July 6 I left a review voicing my frustration with Adamans and the quality and authenticity of merchandise I received. As you can see below, the company responded and promised to correct their wrong. About 3 weeks ago I received 2 of the 3 items I originally ordered, (buy 1 get 2 free). I noticed right away the clasp was stamped 925 for silver unlike the others. I wanted to wear for a few days to see if rash occured again. I have been wearing necklace every day for past 3 weeks even in 100 degree weather and no rash. I have a diamond tester and managed to get a positive test as diamond even though moissanites are small. I like the necklace, I wanted small stoned tennis necklace and I do not know many other companies that offer a 1.5 mm tennis necklace. It is demure and more personal. Terrible company and jewelry! Sent wrong size and lied about quality’s and doesnt let you return and never said I have to pay more to return than cost of jewelry

This Company is awful, customer service is just above zero and thats being generous. They will take your money and not provide what you have paid for like next day delivery. ombudsman ombudsman ombudsman

Ordered the 3mm moissanite tennis bracelet. The bracelet does have a nice shine but I tested it with 2 different testers and the bracelet did not pass. I tested my other moissanite jewelry to make sure my tester is working and those tested fine. This company is a scam unless they’re sending something in for a YouTube review.Then those items are real moissanite. $250 dollars wasted
