Claspe

The clasp was cheaply made and keeps coming off. It was lost multiple times but an amazingly honest person return it to my wife.

Haven't received my initial package…

Haven't received my initial package that I bought from you guys my chain was supposed to be 925 sterling silver and moissanite but instead you sent me a cz brass chain and im still waiting for my order its been 2 weeks since they've said they would ship it as soon as they have it

Item is not as described, chain is orange, was purchased for red. Customer service will not assist with returning this item as they say the colors may vary.. now my emails are coming back as undeliverable

Do not purchase items if you're extremely picky or thinking you're buying high end jewelry from Beverly Hills.

Sent me fake products

Sent me fake products. Not even similar to what I ordered. But surprise!!! They send GRA CERTIFICATION cards!!! With fake items!!

Then claim they med to make my real items and will take months. So they gave me “something for now”. I told them I want my money back and to take their trash and they refuse to even respond with anything other than bot-like answers and telling me to keep waiting.

ordered moissanite and received CZ

I ordered moissanite and receive cubic zirconia. At no point was I told there was low stock for moissanite and would be sent CZ until my order was truly ready. I had to reach out and say, I tested my necklace and have been sent something other than what I ordered and paid for. Highly disappointed. I intended to start small to test the validity of the company just to receive something of lower value. And nothing is being done. Just a bot telling me I may get something in 6 weeks with no proof or offer to fix the situation. Smh

Not worth it

Cheap as they come, maybe more expensive items come with quality but with promos that almost give items for free thats what you pay for. Stay away from water as pieces have no clear coats, non polished.
Go bit more expensive like "C" which lasts much longer

Delivery was on time, got a 10% off my next order and the item I initially ordered was fabulous. It was a gift for my husband who absolutely loved it. Great quality and experience - will shop again (for Christmas)!

I sent my items back for an exchange…

I sent my items back for an exchange over a week ago. My items had tracking information that proved it was delivered. I did not receive the correct sized items back in time as it was a gift. I still don’t have the replacement items and I have no idea what is happening.

Bracelet broke on me first day while…

Bracelet broke on me first day while wearing it & it fell off & i lost it . The lock on it was very flimsy & just not good material. The bracelet itself looks really good but the lock and the way it worked horrible & fell off multiple times before i looked up and seen it was gone foreal cus i just kept re attaching it cus i was out at a family event. It fell off about 5-6 times without me even doing anything simply walking & it fell off when i opened my car door , i didnt notice and its gone now. Waste of money and terrible product .

Also , the grill i got i know its not custom but it fit horrible & looked even worse in my mouth. The grills dont fit correctly and just look too big for anyones face , i threw them away and just ganna go w a actual custom pair which i shoulda done in the first place.

I did get a ring and the ring was perfect , no flaws , damage or any issues with it & got tons of compliments . Other then the ring the other two items sucked and wasted my money, luckly it was BOGO and both the grill and bracelet were free i guess i know why it was BOGO. 😆 i would recommend just to shop w GLD better service , quality and attention to detail.

PSA. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS SITE TO ANYONE NOT MY FRIENDS NOT MY FAMILY NOT A HOMELESS PERSON OFF THE STREET

Have not received my order that I…

Have not received my order that I ordered as a birthday gift. Everytime I email adamans, they have a new excuse as to why my order hasn’t been dispatched. The ‘quality’ did not pass the checks so they had to reorder it in, or it’s out of stock and are awaiting the stock. They’ve also said there is transit delays hence why they don’t have the stock yet. I have requested a full refund from them as have been waiting for too long but they haven’t responded to that.
