Pretty disappointed with the delivery time. Blaming canada post is not a legitimate excuse considering that the shipping is DHL
As well, buyer be ware of the small print return policy.

My necklaces did not fit and when I returned them for an exchange I did not receive my replacements nor did I receive a refund.

Wasnt what i intended to order. Then they wanna play about recieving the items back inorder to issue a timely refund.

I love the purchases I made a little disappointed on the size but I’ll definitely order from you again

Honest....you people should be honest. Reply to your emails and take care of the problem the customer has. it's been over a month and I doubt I will have my problem taken care of. No more business from me!!!

Very beautiful tennis chain I will be buying a lot more and it’s super shiny!

Never got parcel, extremely dissatisfied. Despite hearing negative reviews about the company I still decided to go ahead and purchase expecting the services to have been improved but unfortunately I was proven wrong. Hopefully I get my money back with my dispute. Will not be ordering from here again.

Dogwater from start to finish, they don’t like to fix errors and also won’t hold up their “warranty” that they print on a really over the top card.

I was very disappointed in your merchandise that you had sent me the chain link wasn't well put together it was poorly crafted when you make a chain ⛓️‍💥 you should make sure everything is put together right before you ship out the merchandise

The barbell charms look amazing. I receive compliments all of the time on it. However the chain’s clamps appear to be turning from a gold to a silver color which makes it look cheap and not like it is apart of the chain.

Good products and delivery

I was sent fake jewelry, I had the items tested and they failed! I have videos of the items being tested and Adamans said they send out fake items until the real items get shipped out! This is unacceptable and misleading! I requested a refund and Adamans tell me they can’t refund my money because items are in production once the order is made. I’m disputing the charges with my bank. I would NOT recommend purchasing anything from Adamans!

Beyond all expectations. I wasn't sure on the quality because the price was so affordable but WOW - absolutely stunning pieces. They really do shine brighter than diamonds. Could not be happier.

My order took over a month and a half to arrive. I never received a tracking number for my order, and there’s no customer service number.

Trash products. There so small nothing fits. A wastes of 200 bucks. This company knows it's a scam which is why they don't have a return or refund policy.

I have paid and paid and NEVER received my last item purchased. My last purchase was larger than normal. I am still waiting to receive my items. It’s been months. I’ve tried to make contact and the is no telephone to speak to a live customer service agent. The emails no matter when I send only go to the same representative. I am owed a large amount of money and items purchased.

I’ve requested my money back multiple times along with the items I purchased but so far no one has called me or professionally tried to make contact. Not the customer service representative or the management. I have gotten text messages through WhatsApp but is that really professional for a quality company to allow? What’s annoying is that I am a repeat customer who actually likes most of the products that Adamans has to offer over other companies. But at this moment I have mixed feelings. I want my money owed to me back and I want the items I purchased to arrive. My trust is fading out. My interest is dismissed.

DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AT YOUR OWN RISK. Like I said, it all started great at the beginning when I did my first purchases but once I make the large purchase it all changed.

I will admit, on a positive note, their Cubans are beautiful, their necklaces are off the their bracelets are awesome, their carryon bags are supreme, the rings…. Well for my taste not so great but I still rock them. But that’s my opinion. Would I purchase again? Most likely. Once I get back my owed money along with the last shipment I paid for a while ago.

This review definitely would have been a 5 star review if what I have gone through would never have happened. But unfortunately this last experience has been nothing I’d wish on anyone.

Everything was great! When it came In though from shipping one of the prongs was bent in the 5mm tennis bracelet! So someone didn’t pay attention when packing! So that was unfortunate! Everything else was good!

This company is a straight scam. They advertise “moissanite” but send you cheap cubic zirconia with fake GRA paperwork to make it look real. When I caught them, they only admitted it AFTER being called out. Then they tried to stall and finesse me instead of honoring their “easy 14-day returns.” If I didn’t go through PayPal, I’d be out $879. Don’t waste your money — Adamans is a scam jewelry brand.
