Good product

Good product. Remember to add the amount of products to your check out in order to get the promo. Otherwise you will not be receiving the extra pieces at all.

Customer service and support

Customer service and support is not good at all! I wanted to continue purchasing from Adamans because of the awesome Mossienite pieces! I ordered the wrong jewelry that was cubic zirconia thinking it was Mossienite but they rejected my return. I agreed to pay for shipping and handling also and any inconvenience fees.

The quality is amazing I always get…

The quality is amazing I always get compliments when wearing any piece of their jewellery, one order is delayed but I had to get in touch with them about it as no one had informed me it was out of stocked when showing in stock so hopefully I dnt have to wait much longer more longer

I like the products I received

I like the products I received, but the communication to getting a tracking number/ status of order was not well organized
After more then a few emails I finaly received a status on my order
it unfortunately took more the two weeks to get my original order
They did offer me a complimentary gift for the delayed delivery ...I have since received all my orders and do like the quality of the jewelry

DO NOT BUY from this company

DO NOT BUY from this company! They acknowledge sending out FAKE CZ a long with the material to hold the CZ being plastic, their response was due to "high demand" "we don't have enough Moissanite", they are obviously a fraudulent company and the support sends out auto generated messages regarding the fake pieces they send.

Without a diamond tester you won't know if you been got!

Bought a 6mm mossionite tennis chain, for $956.00 had it for a month, purchased a diamond 🔹 tester, the chain didn't pass, contacted Adamans, they wanted to see the video of the test, then they said they send out CZ chains first, then the real one comes! Haven't received my chain yet, 2 months later! Straight crooks! Once this issue is complete, will neva do business with them again!

Hi you want my honest opinion

Hi you want my honest opinion, I am not sure witch material is this made of, after one month of using it, my neck started to itch and the chain for some reason started to feel like wen you paint something and the paint started to come off. I am very disappointed on this product. Went it arrive I was planning to go for the tennis chain Moissonet but I change my mind.
