I ordered 2 moissinite braclets and a…

I ordered 2 moissinite braclets and a cuban link with moissinite clasp. Got the moissinite tested with a moissinite tester and they're fake. I emailed them about it and they said they where out but have them being made. It has been over 2 months now and every time I email they say it will be 2 weeks max. These people are a scam do not buy from them.

Your delivery method sucks you sent my package with FedEx who apparently delivered my package to a car dealership about 4 miles from where I lived the people had to search for my info and called me for them or else it would have been a total lost

Warning – No delivery, no refund, no support

I placed two orders with Adamans and until today nothing has been resolved.
For the first order, I received the wrong necklace – not the one advertised, no certificate, and not moissanite as promised. I was later told it was only a “temporary piece” due to a moissanite shortage, but they still refused to accept a return or issue a refund.

For the second order (over €2,600), I never received any product at all.
I sent multiple emails, a cancellation request, and messages through Instagram – but communication is extremely poor. Instead of solving the issue, I was constantly sent back and forth between the merchant and the payment provider.

I have full proof that no delivery was made, yet they still attempt to charge the payment.

To this day, there has been:
• No delivery
• No refund
• No proper customer service
• No solution

I strongly warn others to stay away from this company.
I am now preparing to resolve this matter legally.

I returned my items

I returned my items, they were great I just didn’t measure correctly, I wanted to replace them, they looked so good but and I still haven’t received my refund from returning it.

The chains are beautiful

The chains are beautiful, the quality is incredible... I was very surprised by my first purchase, which were the 5mm tennis chains, and now I'm even more surprised. I will definitely recommend my friends buy their jewelry at Adamans.
