Had a new fridge delivered. No way could I work out how the glass shelves fixed in. Instruction book was useless. So called at shop the lady there was really helpful. took time to explaine on one of the fridges just how it all went togeather. 1st Class service.

So easy to order fridge freezer over the phone. Delivered promptly by two lovely polite guys who placed appliance very carefully into position and took away the old one. Bearing in mind we have steps down to property they managed extremely well. Have used you a few times in the past and will continue to do so. Always good service from you. Much appreciated

This was our first occasion in the shop. We've had several major appliances from A&J in the past, and when we had problems with a couple of them A&J went above and beyond to get the issues solved to our satisfaction. That kind of support has earned our loyalty. This time we needed a couple of smaller appliances and were pleased to find what we needed was in stock for us to take on the day. I was looking for a new fridge and I’d ordered items from A&J before. I found the size I was looking for and filled in the online request form. A few hours later A&J phoned me and we completed the deal. The fridge was delivered, as promised on time, tone day later. Excellent service. I totally recommend them.

Never shopped here before but now I understand why people do. Great customer service. Even rung me to say my item was waiting by the counter. They definitely have old school values which makes shopping at adams and jarrett a very pleasant experience. I will always from now on go to this shop.

We had narrowed down the features and possible manufacturers before visiting, the store had wide intelligent selection and no irritating pounding music nor “ customer announcements “ nor hovering salesmen . Once we had a clearer idea , a young salesman -who clearly knew his stuff-carefully pointed out a couple of differences between manufacturers, their warranties and their features vs gimmicks and tadaah, sorted and bought.
Great early and accurate delivery slot and careful two man delivery and removal of old machine. Oh- and the price match guarantee aside, their sale price was just excellent too. So, one very happy repeat customer using a lovely local shop 10 years on from our first encounter with them. See you in another 10 years too and best wishes for all that they continue to do..👍👍👍👍
