I fist had dealings with Adams and Jarrett back in 2012 when we had a new kitchen and I bought all of our appliances from them, also over the years we have bought various other goods i.e T.V's etc and there customer service, product knowledge, delivery times, pricing is a absolutely excelllent to say the least. We have just had another kitchen in our current house and again used these guys for all of our appliances . Again I am so impressed, there all round service is absolutely superb, I have never dealt with such an honest, professional, relaible, true to there word company like this before. We were first after Bosch appliances and Adam steered us away from there high end range as they are to compiclated and after my wife discussing what she needed in an oven Adam actually sudggested a lesser model that was slightly cheaper to exactly suit our needs. It isnt all about money and targets and there not trying to 'upsell' to the more expensive model. Adam's knowledge is unbeleivable i'm sure he has a photographic memory ! .The wine cooler we had was faulty and as they had another in stock, the owner Nick brought a replacement over straight away... It is a shame all other companies do not operate in this way ... These guys are superb. They also price match AO, John Lewis, Currys .. I ithink you get the point by now !!! These guys are a 1000 times better than these outfits, currys have a load of youngsters who dont have a clue and dont seem to care and the others are internet based so you can never speak to anyone when theres a problem of which there normally is... Adams and Jarrett have there own showroom where you can actually shop the old fashioned way and actually meet and talk to people. I cannot recommend these guys highly enough. Delivery men polite and got on with there work in a quite effecient way and came back to move machine in so we could open our cupboard door,we were very pleased with service thank you.

Amazing customer service!
I needed a small fridge/freezer for a one bed flat pretty urgently, as I start work full time on Monday, and had walked past the shop before as I live nearby. Callum at the shop showed me the best options for my situation, and once he realised the urgency of the situation even offered to transport the fridge on wheels to my nearby flat and carry the fridge upstairs. Faultless service, couldn't ask for more. Well deserved 5 stars!
