Bad tempered man dismissed a faulty vacuum cleaner as not faulty because it was dirty, had it 2 weeks and the second one that had the same fault. I could have put up with the things he was saying if he was not so rude and obnixious. Terrible after sales, useless vacuum cleaners (Shark). When I said I wouldnt shop their again he just aggresivly said OK. Good luck if you shop there once they have your money they couldn't care less, youve been warned.

We are sorry you have taken our salespersons comments as aggressive, and we will talk to him about his 'tone' of voice.
The fact is though, that bagless vacuum cleaners need frequent cleaning and maintenance - which most probably makes it unsuitable for your commercial usage.
To solve your problem you would need to have a vacuum cleaner designed for commercial use such as a Sebo or Numatic/Henry.
Please be aware that domestic vacuum cleaners do not carry a commercial usage guarantee. If you do not wish to go down this route you are welcome to return the vacuum for a refund and we will donate the vacuum cleaner to charity.

My 91 year old father who is nearly…
My 91 year old father who is nearly deaf and blind called in, and asked if he could order a door handle for his fridge.,He was basically told unless he bought the fridge from them then they would not help Him The response was rude and very nasty,my father explained that he had over the years used them for many purchases and just wanted to replace the door handle.
He was again told if he hadn't bought the fridge from them it was not there problem.
Shame on you Adams and Jarrett,for treating elderly people in such a rude and dismissive manner
I order the part from another place for my elderly father and am shocked that you feel you can speak to people in front of other customers in that manner

We are very sorry to hear about your farther's experience in the store recently.
We do not have 'spares' accounts with manufacturers and are unable to obtain any spares parts for any make or model. With the make and model number of a product we are usually able to give advice to a customer on where best to obtain the part and a part number if at all possible.
Unfortunately every brand and every model have different fittings, so one size does not fit all and the exact part number is needed.
If a product is under its warranty period and purchased from us then of course we would liaise with the manufacturer to resolve the issue

Bought an induction hob from Adams and Jarrett.
the staff in the shop were very helpful and friendly.
It was fitted today, Andy said we needed a specialist
tool to cut the resin work top. He made a phone call and arranged for Chris to come within two hours. Job done and hob fitted.Excellent service. Have used them before, and will do so in the future.

Great service from this local company, with staff that really know their stuff. Had researched a new TV online so knew the model I wanted. Went there with a few questions which they answered easily.
