Really helpful advice to make choosing a new washing machine much less confusing.

Great customer service. Bought a TV answered all queries knowledgeably. Quick delivery given all information needed to be able to use TV. Would definitely recommend.

Great service from a this local company. Helpful and very knowledgeable staff. Also the appliance we choose was at a competitive price and in stock and we we're able to collect it there and then, although they do deliver if you prefer. Will definitely consider them for future electrical purchases.

We needed a new fridge freezer fast and it was delivered the next morning.

I've just moved and need to replace the built in electric cooker/hob. The existing one is old with unusual wiring from the cooker to the hob. First I went to Currys who had absolutely no clue other than to first get an electician. However, the knowledgeable lady at Adams and Jarrett rang her installer there and then then and immediately established the correct approach. I look forward with optimism for the installation next Friday! And one other thing - Adams and Jarrett have a large choice of items on display - as do Currys. However, if you choose something at Currys, in my experience there's about 50% chance it's actually in stock and they even display items that are no longer available. So go with Adams and Jarrett - what's there you can actually buy and they know whay they talking about! Oh and they also don't try to hard sell you a guarantee that you already get from the manufacturer anyway!

Had to buy a new inter grated washing machine today after mine went yesterday! David was very helpful and helped and advised which machine explained all it could do and being delivered and fitted next week .

I have made two purchases from Adams & Jarrett. The first being a Ruark MRX wireless Speaker. The second was a Duelit coffee grinder. I found the staff to be helpful and insightful, there pricing competitive but they will also price match any item. All in all a very good retailer of electrical item. It will definitely be my first port of call from now on. 10 out of 10 from me.

Not only did you have the items in stock and rang almost immediately to confirm my on-line order, when I came to collect it, I also asked the lady assistant how I should remove the SEBO filter. She showed me a SEBO video on-line and together we managed to take out a filter in the shop hoover. Excellent service and I can now change my filter at home! I think all our appliances come from Adams & Jarrett as the aftercare is first class.

We always try and buy our domestic appliances from here so when our fridge freezer died it was our first thought. Good service and really pleased with our new appliance.

Ordered on line on a Sunday , had a phone call first thing Monday to arrange delivery after Christmas to suit our needs very pleasant and a good company to deal with.
