Always our first port of call ,a friendly staff good morning or afternoon welcome.if not In store have been able to get us. What we wanted ,are hover was delivered to the shop on Monday morning great service nothing to much trouble.

When we've needed kitchen appliances, we've always gone to Adams and Jarrett. Lorraine provides great service, recommendations and knowledge about the products they have in stock. I'd recommend anyone who wishes to buy kitchen appliances to go to them than your typical big retail stores and be great to support a local business.

This company are the top of the game for knowledge on products. They are not at all pushy, just offer advice, answer questions and then leave you to make your own decisions. Have used them a number of times for the purchase of various items, all have been good experiences. This last purchase I changed my mind on colour and went back the following day to change my order. This wasn't a problem, I was given the same individual attention and never made to feel a nuisance even though this might have been an inconvenience to the store. Highly recommended.

Knowledgable, helpful and friendly. This shop has a brilliant range of kitchen appliances. Great to be able to see so many brands in 'the flesh'. We were able to order everything on our list with ease and delighted by the additional offers available - ie free set of saucepans with the Bosch hob! extended guarantees and free delivery. SO much nicer than shopping online.

Sony DVD player
I have now had a few purchases from Adams and Jarrett since 2020 and their service has always been wonderful, considerate and helpful. Coming out during the Christmas Holiday to sort out our new oven which was not working and some months later coming without charge when I managed to switch it off and finding the switch for me
Now we have just made a new purchase - a sony DVD player, we went into the shop to look at the item. The next day after we had completed the purchase they rang to give me retrospectively a £10 reduction, because the item had been put into their sale.

Only place to go for appliances. Just ordered a washing machine and first rate service as always. Always go here after bad experience with other companies.

Excellent service, staff helpful and knowlegable, prices are always fair and comparable to anything online. Had a very awkward kitchen to deliver too downstairs, narrow and awkward turns the delivery people negotiated it all for free.

Buying a new dishwasher was so straightforward, from the excellent service in the store to the removal and installation by 2 very helpful guys. It's the best place for electrical goods!
