Awful.
Got scammed for £250 rearrangement fee. That was meant to be free with Brittany Ferries as it was still in a cool off period.
Refusing to refund a full ammout.

I booked an MSC cruise and called what I thought was a MSC phone number to purchase laundry services. The laundry charge posted correctly. The person I spoke to had all of my personal info so I thought he was legit. He said if I paid $1613 that I would receive a refund of approx $2300. It has been almost 3 months and I did not receive a refund.

I’d like to share my positive experience working with Jason Taylor from Adam Vacation. I recently needed to reschedule my Italy trip and provided Jason with several optional dates. He quickly secured one of them at the most cost-effective price. He was extremely knowledgeable about current fares for this trip and offered helpful insight on the best time to travel to Rome. Overall, his customer service was outstanding. I truly appreciate his assistance and would highly recommend him to others.

This is a group of scammers. They will take your money and send you fake confirmations about booking the tickets for you. The tickets will not be bought and they will not provide a refund. Avoid.

They are Scammer.. they will just waste you're time you're money they will just give you stress please don't trust ADAM VACATIONS they're are FAKE AND SCAMMERS.

This company is a fraud. It passes as Expedia by phone and email and then steal money from you. It's a complete, shameless scam. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. It's online fraud.!!!!!

if i could put less than a 1 i would this is the worst customer service i have ever seen i some how got routed to them to book a ticket told them when and where i want to go after a 45 minute phone call they said everything was ok he kept saying that the were going to charge my card 800 dollars for the ticket then i got a total of over 1600 charged then said i was getting a refund of 800 that i didnt get and all was said and done i asked them to use a credit through united and gave them the conformation number said they applied it they didn't 2 days before i am scheduled to leave i still don't have anything so i am on the phone with them for 2 hours and they said that flight was full and i needed to plan for another day what they failed to mention is that they dropped the ball and never charged for the actual ticket but charged for service fee for over 400 dollars then wanted 1600 more which is 400 more than what the ticket was i went to the airport here and discussed the charges with them and rebook directly for 400 dollars cheaper than what i was quoted and used my credit this is robbery from these greedy Basterds

I had never heard of Adam Vacations, and was directed to their site because all other travel services had a higher price for the same flights. What an incredible surprise to have personalized service, including repeated call-backs to ensure that everything was correct. Deborah W. was such a delight. She was professional, considerate, and excellent in helping me deal with a somewhat difficult and convoluted international flight. Give that woman a raise!!!!!!

I found this agency through Google Flights. They issued a ticket that they were unable to honor and then contacted me to change the terms of the booking. The revised itinerary was not a through check-in and would have been issued as separate, unprotected tickets, which is inconsistent with the information displayed on both Google Flights and their own booking platform at the time of purchase.

Issuing separate tickets would have required a baggage recheck and eliminated connection protection. When I requested a full refund, the agency attempted to upsell me for an additional USD 280 for the same ticket. Upon declining and requesting cancellation, they tried to charge a USD 100 “cancellation fee,” even though this occurred within one hour of booking.

This conduct constitutes clear misrepresentation and deceptive business practice. Adams Vacations should be removed from all booking platforms for fraudulent and unethical behavior.

For my order refund, it is almost impossible as their addresses are all fake. I have already filed a lawsuit with the relevant government department.

Do NOT use this scam company! I work directly for a BIG cruise line and just had a guest call that they had been scammed out of $1200.00 from Adam Vacations. AGAIN DO NOT USE they are a SCAM
