I should have read the bad reviews first. I got frauded.

DO NOT USE this firm.i don’t know how i was diverted to their no but i went ahead I failed to read carefully and was charged £63 for my dog on ferry …. Nearly as expensive as car… and dogs go free! They operate a no refund policy so I can do nothing .

Oliver provided great service and addressed my question. Very helpful and professional.

I gave a glowing recommendation when I was assured I would get a refund after I had to cancel a trip due to a medical condition. I never got the refund and now and told there is nothing Adams can do. I feel very deceived and no one will speak with me regarding this.

PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY. Ignore all of the bot comments giving good reviews. They never issued my ticket until I called to complain. When my ticket was emailed to me, my name was incorrect and they tried to blame me which is insane behavior. Absolutely do not ever under any circumstances give this company your money, time, or energy.

Oliver was very helpful with booking an international flight, but I had an unexpected additional $100 fee that wasn’t advertised initially.

Most positive reviews here on Trustpilot appear to be bots while most negative reviews appear to be real, but are very irrational ignorant people that do not understand common protocols for internet safety. To save you time, here is the "TL;DR" for Adam Vacations: You can save massive amounts of money using their site, but you must be proactive and follow specific rules as follows or you may be their next victim: 1) NEVER call them OR answer their calls. Period. Never. Ever. Do use email only; 2) Only pay via tokenized credit card such as GPay, Apple Pay or use a virtual card that is turned off after your purchase; 3) Verify your ticket is active with the airline directly, especially immediately after issuance and before your flight to make sure it has not been cancelled or changed; 4) DO NOT attempt to make ANY changes to your itinerary for ANY reason! 5) Do not miss your flight for ANY reason; 6) Do not forget that if Adam Vacations or the airline changes or cancels your ticket, then this is either free or you can file a chargeback with your credit card company but file this promptly; 6) Send only ONE refund claim to Adam Vacations if they or the airline cancels, which is required by credit card policy, then file a credit card chargeback, and DO NOT waste your time trying to hound Adam Vacations for a refund by phone or email. END of rules. Now, here is the long detailed version. First, I am evidence of purchasing a business class ticket from Adam Vacations and have saved hundreds of dollars over their competitors. I bought it online with a virtual card. At first, they called me on the phone and I stupidly answered. They tried various scam tactics on the phone trying to tell me that I needed to pay more for a different ticket because the one I purchased was no longer available. I instructed them to refund since they could not comply with the original internet order. They said they were trying to find a solution. I said I didn't want any other ticket or airline. They said I was rude! I hung up the phone and refused to answer ANY of the many calls they tried to make to me. They then emailed me. I clearly instructed them via email to either issue the ticket as purchased online, or refund fully. I was prepared to file a chargeback if they refused, but Adam Vacations magically issued the ticket about 5 hours later via email. I verified it with the airline directly as "ticketed" ie. fully paid for. I then took the flight uneventfully and saved $250 over every other airline! I will definitely use Adam Vacations again! However, keep in mind that they could cancel the ticket and not refund you, so continue checking the ticket validity, especially before going to the airport for your flight, and do not hesitate to file a chargeback with your credit card company if Adam Vacations does not refund. Please also keep in mind that if YOU make any changes, or no-show, or try to cancel for ANY REASON, then you're toast and may lose all your money because your credit card company may not refund for this. Please also note that while I don't mind playing games with Adam Vacations to save lots of money, I keep my wits about me and stick to my rules because Adam Vacations is very "slippery". Here are the examples: as of Aug 2025, they claim to be IATA (look it up) members with a member number. I contacted IATA, but they stated that Adam Vacations is NOT a member and that their posted member number was fraudulently presented online. Also, Adam Vacations claims to have a physical site address in Florida. They do NOT. It is simply a registered agent with thousands of clients, but Florida state government shows no business registration for Adam Vacations. Adam Vacations does have a valid business registration in India, so I'm sure you get the idea. In summary, if you have steel nerves, a calm hand and soul along with a 100% confirmed flight plan, then play the game with Adam Vacations and save yourself a lot of money, especially with multi-thousand dollar business class tickets. Have fun!

not trust. Called me after an hour after booking saying I needed to pay $311. After escalation to 3 managers, they told me the fee would be waved if I gave a 5 star rating on this site. Still waiting for confirmation of my flight after 2 hours.
