Jason Taylor was amazing

Jason Taylor was amazing! I made a booking and messed my return flight up. I called Jason and he had it fixed in no time! He even gave me choices! This girl loves choices! I can’t wait to book my next vacation through him because it was so easy!

Dear Manger,

Rose Smith is the only qualified person on your team. I emailed and phone called for 5 days straight and the agents said they would follow up with a solution but I did not hear back from them. Rose was able to resolve my issue in 24 hours. I recommend contacting Rose Smith if you have any issues. You can call the customer service number and ask for Rose. The customer service person will transfer you to Rose.

I had booked a Virgin Atlantic flight from adam vacations website. But when I called Virgin Atlantic they did not help me process a partial travel credit or date change since I had not booked the flight directly from the Virgin Atlantic website. If you need to book a flight then you should book it directly from the airlines which makes it easier to process date change. Rose helped me afterwards but the process of date change or travel credit takes up to 24 hours.

Corrected travel plans made simple

There was a mix up in bookings for myself and travel companion due to no fault of The company. Jason did an excellent job of working with my travel companion and I to rectify the situation. He was very patient with two anxious people. We will definitely use again.
