I called in with my oxygen machine malfunctioning they were here first thing the next morning replacing it no problem at all

The young man that delivered my oxygen and tubing. The only issue was the office (not surprisingly did not tell him I needed a new bag for my C tank). Oh well, can't hope for everything.
Terrible Customer Service
Their customer service for issues with the machine is horrible! They do not return calls. When we have been able to speak to someone they ask the same questions again and say ok I will put in a report and someone will get back to you and they never do. If they call and you are not home next to the machine they say they will call back and don't. I have already sent them an email as requested showing the issue. I have not been able to use my machine for 2 weeks. Shame on them!

Would never recommend this company to anyone! We have been having hell for several months now with their billing department. We stopped autopay on our account but even after multiple phones calls where staff confirm we are no longer enrolled in autopay, they are still taking money out of our account without our authorization! They have been double billing us even when confronted about it but when we call (at least once a week), there is never a resolution. This company is straight up a scam! We were renting a cpab machine and because our insurance changed, they started our balance over on the machine! So we are technically paying for the exact same machine twice!! When we call to have various concerning charges on our bill explained, the staff are unable to fully explain why something was billed a certain way. We are about to reach out limit and discuss legal options bc we are getting nowhere with this company!!!! Do NOT USE!!! Would never recommend this company! Scammers!!

Desmond was very helpful providing information and guidance. Other on line staff were not helpful and in one contact gave incorrect information. Cory was helpful. I found the experience with the exception of Desmond frustrating. There did not seem to be communication between the physician and equipment provider.

Okay, if you have INFINITE time and patience
It's ALL about cost cutting. Nothing else matters. First, shut down brick and mortar locations or forward their phones to a call center in Puerto Rico. Then hire the fewest number of the least skilled people can get by with. "Get by with" is good enough if I have to be on hold for 37 minutes and 22 seconds to speak to someone who's English was so bad I had to phonetically repeat my Medicare number four times, very slowly and clearly, for him to finally (I hope) get it right. He thought that was cute. Adapt health SUCKS!

Very friendly. Went over all of the parts, how they worked, how and when to clean or replace. Let me know that the information was included in my package for reference. Made sure the mask fit correctly and that I was comfortable before I left.
