Solution to a 'noisy CPAP' system disturbing my spouse.
I have been a CPAP user for at least 5 years, and within the last few months renewed my machine. Sydney ( a very knowledgeable lady helped me greatly with the transition to the new machine. About a month ago, my wife started complaining of the air noise my CPAP unit was making ( disturbing her sleep ).
I had been inundated with promotional material from other suppliers and have tried to 'tweak' my mask, headstrap, chinstrap, I was totally confused ( and getting nowhere ). So, not knowing where to go, I decided to take all my equipment back to AdaptHealth in Conway (SC) to ask for advice.
I had no appointment ( so wasn't expecting much attention ). I explaned to the receptionist what my problem was and IMMEDIATELY directed me to Sydney . Sydney took me back into her office and started a 'Sherlock Holmes' type investigation into my equipment, accessories, historical data. she was thorough, helpful, confidence inspiring and SUCCESSFUL ! She diagnosed that my main problem appeared to be 'leakage', almost certainly coming from my mouth ( despite my worn chinstrap).
Reccomended I changed my mask ( to Resmed N30i ), which she 'test fitted' and adjusted, and with my mouth closed solved the 'air noise' coming from my unit. She ordered a new chinstrap, and I left that day, overwhelmed by her attention to detail.
To any (AND ALL ) CPAP users, if you have any questions, difficulties regarding your CPAP system, do not hesitate to get in touch with Sydney, her level of customer/technical service was outstanding.

We needed a pediatric wheelchair and Josh went above and beyond to get the order through and approved by insurance. Kevin also went above and beyond the day of pick up when he drove to get a different wheelchair when the first one didn't work. The 2 ladies in the Festus office were welcoming and so kind to us when we came in. Thank you for your assistance from start to finish in getting the pediatric wheelchair we needed.
