I left the hosptial Monday (1 JUN). I needed a bipap at home to help my post op recovery. tHE BIPAP was/is VITAL TO MY RECOVERY.
I did not have a bipap at home so the doctors ordered one thru you. And while we are waiting for you to deleiver the bibpap (which we understand takes some time), but I am very grateful that in the interim, YOU provided me with a stop gap measure (concentrated O2) to make my nights better. THANK YOU!

I could write a book on how terrible this company is, but I’ll keep it brief to save others the grief.
My mother has late-stage Alzheimer's, and while she was recently fighting for her life in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU), I was being hounded by their representatives. I actually had a representative call to threaten to repossess my mother's medical equipment if I didn’t immediately provide proof of her illness and get her to a doctor. To harass a family during an ICU stay—and to show absolutely no couth, sensitivity, or understanding of a late-stage dementia patient's reality—is disgusting.
On top of being heartless, they are completely incompetent. Their organization defines the phrase "the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing." I have received innumerable phone calls asking the exact same questions over and over again. My mother's doctor sends them the required information, but Adapt Health constantly loses it, fails to log it, or just continues to harass the family anyway.
Dealing with them has caused nothing but immense stress and grief. If you or your loved one has a medical advocate, please let them handle this company so you don't have to subject yourself to these horrible people. Avoid Adapt Health at all costs.
