Clear communication from the sales team. Initially we had some issues with having to pay in advance as we did not have an account, however, this was resolved. Product delivered on time and expected quality.

I placed an order over a month ago for PLAIN bands which i need for an event on the 7th September.

I have rung up on 4 occasions, first time they could not find me on the system, after a good 10minute phone call they found my order and told me i would get them 26-27th August. Second Time last week i was promised a call back but this did not happen as i still did not have my delivery. I called on the 2nd September and was promised a call just after 9am as the sales team were not in yet so the lady took my details. at 10am i had no call so called back to which the answerer tried to fob me off with saying they will call me back again as they have to look into my query. I was not impressed by this response considering i had been promised two call backs previously and had no response. I finally received my bands on the 03/09/13 a week later than the original date of intended delivery.

The website is shockingly sooo uninformative. They need this drastically updating to show you when your items are ordered, out for delivery, delivered etc... to prevent the uncertainty to the customer. Please also add to your website when your phone lines are open for queries.

As much as the people on the end of the phone seemed friendly, some of the people i had spoken to did not seem to know on how to search your systems to find information about my order. They all seemed too willing to pass the book as it were to someone else.

I have found Adband an extremely good company, questions are answered promptly. Friendly team in customer support. Invoices and orders processed promptly

I use this company every year to produce wrist bands with drinks tokens for our staff social functions. With just one phone call I can place my order and the goods arrive on time and as per my requirements. So the job is done with very little effort on my part, which is exactly what I need in my very busy role.

We have used Adband on number of occasions and always found them quick to respond to enquries and reasonably priced. The finished product has always arrived on time and is of a good quality finish.

I have previously struggled to find a supplier with both timely delivery and a competitively priced product - but Adband ticked both boxes! Beth was lovely and kept me informed during the order process. I will definitely be returning for staff and student lanyards across the academic year.

I placed an internet order for personalised bands and paid the express fee to get them in time for a promotional event. Shortly after I recieved a call from a sales person asking me to pay more money as the invoice in their system only stated I had ordered a single band. This was not correct and they finally accepted my credit card payment was for the full order. I asked if they would get here on time as was told everything would be on time.

IT WAS NOT and so the promotion was useless!!!! Never again

Great service

Adband had kept all of our details and so there was no need to send logo this time. The wrist bands were inevitably required at short notice and I had to pay extra for them to be delivered early. They arrived a day earlier than the delivery date.

The staff were very helpful and after a few changes (without any complaints) our bands were made and delivered well within the time specified.

Fast & accurate delivery.

I'd never ordered silicone wristbands and was totally surprised how easy the experience was. Really helpful advice from my Adband contact - all my questions were answered the same day, sometimes within minutes.
