Signed up recently to explore AdCreative.ai for generating ad visuals and marketing creatives. The platform's AI-driven approach to producing ad variants stands out, and the interface makes it easy to generate multiple options quickly. Still evaluating how well the outputs perform against hand-designed alternatives in real campaigns. Worth exploring if you produce high volumes of ad creative and want to accelerate the iteration cycle.

They tried to charge me 249$ I don’t even have any subscription with them

Very positive experience. Aoife was clear, helpful, and professional throughout the training. I really appreciated her support and guidance.

Be careful subscribing to this platform. The concept behind the ads is appealing, but my experience hasn’t matched that.

I was charged automatically without any clear warning, which felt misleading. Since then, trying to resolve the issue has been frustrating, I’ve been waiting nearly a month for a refund with little to no progress.

Customer support has been very difficult to deal with, which only adds to the frustration.

Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this if you’re looking for a reliable or transparent service, there are better options out there.

Fell foul to the same con a number of people on the web are mentioning with the free trial. Assured of a refund on the 23rd of Jan after an argument that ended with my envoking my consumer rights to secure it. 3 months later I am still waiting on the refund. Shady! would be the word.

Better options out there in terms of the product, pricing and customer service. Avoid.

Free trial and the billing is fraud. Don´t trust

I had a good experience with AdCreative.ai. The platform is easy to use and offers useful tools for creating ads. The support team was helpful and responsive. Even though I’m not using it at the moment, I appreciate the service and may consider it again in the future.

Very responsive customer service. Gary the GOAT responded very quickly and was able to fix my problem immediately.

I got the 7 day trial to test. I thought i had through the last day. I got charged. I reached out to the support team. Someone named Elena took on my case. I explained to her my situation. We are still evaluating and i ran out of time. I had put down my personal bank card (not the company's). She resolved my issue.

Will end up using AdCreative.ai in a few weeks or so, but I cannot convince the time right now... it does do great content...

their free trial is complety different from their paid subscription. get ready to pay 250$ a month for a problem that glitches and wont even follow the prompts you write.

The customer service was extremely helpful and really listened to my concern and helped with my problem. Really classy people.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.

AdCreative.ai is holding my money hostage. After an unintended renewal on January 28th for $406.80 (Invoice #1219670), I was told by "Gary" on January 30th that my refund was approved and would take about 2 weeks. 
It has now been OVER TWO MONTHS and I have received nothing but empty promises and automated-style brush-offs. 
• January 30: Refund approved, promised in 2 weeks. 
• March 10: "María" and "Gary" confirmed again it was "approved and assigned to the billing team". 
• Late March: Still no money, no updates, and they have ignored thousands of follow-up attempts. 

They are quick to take your money (over $400!) but refuse to send it back even when they admit they owe it to you. This is professional ghosting and completely unacceptable for a tech company. If you value your money and your sanity, stay far away from AdCreative.ai.

I am now forced to take legal action and contact the authorities to get my $406.80 back.

Was auto charged over $1300 after free trial. I never sign up for anything that expensive regardless of trial so I know it must’ve been a trick. They claimed they’d refund 1 month and have yet to confirm doing so. They tried to offer completely free membership which makes no sense. When I declined, first I lost connection with the chat then the email response stopped. This is a FRAUDULENT THIEVING COMPANY.

Great product to create AI ads for social. You can create amazing videos from the scratch or using their templates. It is really complicate to differenciate from a real video. Furthemore, they have a very good customer service. I had a little issue with my account and they fixed very fast.
