Very impressive first impression

Offered a free trial and planned to cancel, but it wasn't cancelled, so they took money out of my account monthly and disguised it. I didn't receive any notifications. Agreed for a partial refund, tried the service, and this service is just really, really bad. One of the worst AIs I've ever come across for ads. Just not a good service whatsoever. I am not one to leave reviews as well but this made me.

No Refund Despite Cancelled Service. I cancelled my service and it's been over a month still no refund even though they have agreed to it.

Avoid this company at all costs. They are clearly scams. Sadly very few read reviews before signing up for a trial. I wish I did.

Signed up for a subscription last year as a trial cancelled in the trial period. They still charged my card 8 months later nearly 500usd even if they emailed me to say they have cancelled my subscription.

It smells like a huge scam. A nice way to gather funds for your “AI” startup when it fails .. charge people randomly and fraudulently the cards you have on record.

Claims to operate in Paris but I doubt it.

I signed up for this site a year ago but couldn't get it to work for me at the time. When I logged back in recently to try again, I still had no luck. A few weeks later, I noticed a charge from "AdCreative" and didn't even recognize the company name.

I logged in today to investigate and decided to give the platform one more shot. I signed up for the $111/month plan, not realizing I had an outstanding balance or that the plan was an annual commitment rather than month-to-month. Once I realized I had committed to a full year for a service I hadn't even successfully tested yet, I was very upset and felt misled.

I contacted customer service and spoke with Mustafa. He was incredible—he talked me through everything, kept me calm, and simply asked which plan I actually wanted. He then refunded me the difference immediately. He was extremely helpful, and I highly recommend asking for him!

I am very frustrated. DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT subscribe to any subscription with this website tool. I signed up for the free trial and after forgetting to cancel the rest of my subscription, I was charged $300. I have been in contact with customer service for over two weeks and they reassure me my refund is being processed, but I’ve yet to hear anything and there still has been no refund. I can’t even physically talk to someone on the phone to get this sorted out which is extremely frustrating. I am getting apprehensive that I will never get my money back and will have to dispute it with my bank.

In my experience, despite claims of “no surprise charges,” I was charged $339 USD immediately after the trial, even though it appeared I had already cancelled. I also did not receive any reminder emails prior to the charge, despite being told that reminders had been sent.

To get a refund of any sort, this required multiple back-and-forth communications (and legal arguments) and even initiating a dispute with my bank. The process was unnecessarily difficult and time-consuming for me.

Overall, my experience was that cancelling and obtaining a refund is not straightforward, so I would recommend proceeding with caution and ensuring everything is fully and clearly cancelled ahead of time.

The communication was clear, respectful, and solution oriented throughout the entire process. You can tell that they genuinely care about their users and take requests seriously.

This experience made the company appear very trustworthy and professional in my eyes. Even though I don’t currently need the tool, I would definitely consider using it again in the future.
