Ordered BLACK size 8 sneakers for myself and RED size 8 slides for my son for his birthday. Was SUPER excited about my purchase, Was sent 2 WHITE size 11 mens sneakers. Incredibly dissappinted. Will NOT be ordering from Adidas again.

Customer service is terrible. Tried to resolve a problem online and the rep kept asking me for an order number. I gave her the number that shows on my receipt. She said that is not it but she would not accept that that is what Addidas sent me for the order number and could not give any further help.

They website sucks they customer service horrible never again will I try this

I ordered two Soccer balls for my Son's Birthday. I received a box with one. I called up Addidas for the order to be fixed. It took 4 calls to get a refund each time with a wait time of about 45 min. Then they refused to refund shipping costs for something they didn't even ship. Each time I called supposedly they sent it to upper-level reps to respond in 72 hours. Yet not once did I receive a response after about a week wait each time. One time they even told me to call a different number that turned out to not even be Addidas wasting more time.
They only responded at all on the threat of a Credit card Chargeback. They should be ashamed of themselves.

I always buy sport shoes here and only here.

I like this brand for producing comfortable sports boots. I prefer it to other available on the market. The delivery is always quick.

I bought a pair of sports shoes for running. They are very comfortable. My legs do not get tired at all, no any pain after running long distances.

Ordered Stealth 5-10 bike shoes (trainers and bike tops as well), have to say bike shoes are fantastic, love them.
All goods arrived 48 hours after I placed the order. Top marks all round.

I love the style of these shoes but when I received them, each shoe was shaped/sized differently. The tags say they are both a size 10, but there is clearly some discrepancy in the sizing/design.

Over a week now since order placed, not yet picked and no news on likely actual despatch. No one can tell me when order will be despatched, what the average delay time actually is, customer service are no help as they dont know anything, they just cut off the phone. Can accept delay but not all the false promises of despatch dates that then pass. Surely someone knows how behind the warehouse is and can just tell the truth - is the truth for customers too much to ask. At least if we had the true delay time in advance we could plan for it. Appalling way to treat customers. Wanted order for holiday in a week, will be lucky.

Ordered the face coverings and given that demand for masks is high was pleased to see them in stock and arrive so quickly. Great quality too
