I purchased, gifts of a pair of runners and jacket, on the 5/12/2019, still haven’t received anything, adidas didn’t get my order out until 11/12/2019, the order is still in Germany somewhere, after being on to the courier service, they are saying they’ve received nothing so it’s not there end, then finally getting through to Sharon at adidas saying there experiencing a high volume so orders will take longer, mines still tracked to Germany after paying €150 for presents, and being told it will be here the day before xmas, if Christmas isn’t stressful enough I wouldn’t of ordered from this site if known they were experiencing difficulties, il worry about my order till it comes, or not come who knows ? Never order from adidas again.

Awful quality. Fell apart after a month of minimal use. Would not issue refund or replacement

I’m an addidas fan through and through, and have a wardrobe full of their trainers, both fashion and for running in all types of terrain. If I could have one wish, their app would provide more info on their running trainers for the type of run, foot work and pronation, then I wouldn’t order so many!.. 😉

Iv never had a problem with size of sports wear for either gym, running, or yoga attire! Quality is outstanding.. addidas all the way.. (other brands shouldn’t be available.. 😉)

Their product is great don't misunderstand but their customer service are literally incapable of doing anything. I had the wrong address during shipment and called to fix it before shipping. They said, no once the 15 minute is up we can't cancel or make changes, it's best if you call FedEx and fix the address when they receive it. These people are literally paid to take calls and say sorry we can't do anything. Also I received the wrong product.

Ordered football-boots last Thursday for next day delivery. By Monday there was no sign of them..... rang UPS customer services on Wednesday where I was told there was no house number.... gave correct number and was told ther would be with me the next day. Still no boots... rang again and they had written the wrong number! Gave correct number and was told the would definitely be with me on Friday.... no boots. Rang again on Saturday.... was simply told sorry they will be with you on Monday (12 days after order). Don’t believe the boots will come and next day delivery is a fraud. In future order from amazon, John Lewis or pro direct soccer who all deliver without any problems. Very poor courier service..... shame really as I love the brand.

Recently made an order and I loved, loved, loved all the items in it. Quality of clothing is great too. However, the sizing wasn't consistent. Everyone complimented my trainers, which was a plus too!

Purchased two pair of shoes and they were flat out lost! Delivered to the wrong address. Someone had some free shoes. All they could do is offer my money back. OK. How about my time I spent talking to service, to no avail. Tracking my package myself. Calling UPS or Fed X (don't really remember now.) The customer service representatives were advising me to look around bushes on my property!?! And finally, why am I left less than whole. What a very insincere place to shop.

I like addidas products but they use UPS for standard delivery n thats a automatic failure. So because of that 1 star
