Curved Second Hand
I bought a Addiesdive watch recently, the second hand was curved. I noticed it straight away.
I contacted Addiesdive and they acknowledged the problem.
They sent me a new set of hands and a complementary Waffle Strap!!
Well done Addesdive 👏

Hello sir,
We are sorry to bring you a bad shopping experience.
We have shown the pictures of AD2033 you provided to our experienced watch repairer. The hands meet the factory quality inspection requirements, and your watch has been disassembled and used, so we did not agree to your exchange request.
We have checked the email communication. In the previous communication process, you did not mention that you need us to send you new hands. If you still need the hands, please reply to our email.
Thank you
