This company has terrible quality control!
The frames are much too expensive to be getting small chips and small black dots in enamel of the two frames I bought. Requested replacements for both - only received one that wasn’t that much better- pearl pieces fit poorly in place. I will never buy a frame from this company again. Learned my expensive lesson. $117 for two frames…..

A little frustrating that you cannot preview your order before check out; you only get the chance once you have uploaded the photos, so a final preview would be nice, given the costs involved?
That aside I spoke to them on the phone and they were super kind and helpful and the order arrived two days later and was stunning.
My advice would be use them, but any challenges you have call them as emailing was a cumbersome way of communicating with them

Absolutely love our enamel photo frames. They are a little more expensive than others on the market but they are worth every penny! We now have 6 of them in different sizes and colours and having the free photo print option means everything arrives ready to be put on display. So glad we discovered this company and took a punt. Our wedding photos look particularly wonderful in these frames!

Only slight bug bear has been stock issues as took about 3 months to get one of our frames as were out of stock for a long time. We couldn’t order so wasn’t that we were waiting on a delivery but was a shame it took so long to become available on the website. Luckily we set up a notification for when the stock arrived so was easy to order when back in stock.

Great products from a great company. The customer service is excellent and helped me out when I had made an error on an order but needed a quick exchange, I received the new frame next day. This is a proper company with real people supplying quality products.

Beautiful photo frame, very nicely and safely packaged. I queried the colour of the uploaded photo and a reprint was sent free of charge. Excellent service.

I purchased a frame as a gift and it arrived within 2 days, beautifully packaged and looked to be a really good quality frame. However it had a small scratch so I called customer service and was met with an amazing response - another frame arrived the next day! The communication from order to delivery was excellent too, I was even given a 1 hour delivery slot! I couldn't be happier with both my purchase and also the service I received. I was a new customer and will definitely be a returning customer.

This is a great place if you want high quality gift frames. They come really beautifully wrapped and you see from the backs, where have velvet backs with neat little silver discs to open frame backs that frames are made very well.

Just received my clock and photo frame. I am so impressed with the quality of both. I also love the fact you can upload a picture for them to print and put in the frame for you free of charge Such a brilliant idea and makes a marvellous present. The clock and frame were packaged in a luxurious box and were wrapped in tissue paper. I also received the goods free of charge within two days of ordering. I will be recommending this company to my friends and ordering again for Christmas presents.

Fantastic product and service. From the web site to the post purchase experience, these guys deliver on all fronts. The photo frame is of excellent quality and just what we wanted. The whole ordering and delivery service is top class. Packaging tells you something about how a vendor views its products and Addison Ross wrap and box their products so well and in a way that makes the price irrelevant.
