Linda reached out to me & put me forward for a few roles which best suited what I was looking for. She provided me with interview tips, detailed information on the company, the role & some questions to prepare- over all the support was unmatched- I felt so prepared & confident & I was offered the job!
I was able to call Linda or Rachel throughout the weekday (& I called a lot haha). They were so polite, friendly & supportive.
The overall experience of interviewing & applying for roles can be overwhelming for me being autistic but for the first time I was stress free & felt very prepared & confident- such a quick process- thank you both!

Addeco will not return calls or even get back to you when you looking for work
Been trying to get work qith this agency for awhile they do not reply they do not send the things to my email they say I hear they ment to be good but they do not get back to you they will not send registration form out the deny they have spoken to you even when you know you speaking to the same person now this may just be the merry hill water front base one but it's put me off enough not to even use this agency atall now I'm seeking and willing yo work but they can kot even get back to me well that says it all

Had high hopes of Adecco Applied for a local job in Derbyshire and they did leave a message on my phone. Unfortunately the message was so mumbled and garbled I was unable to understand the phone number despite listening many times to the message

This company is absolutely lackadaisical, applied for a job, spoke to Hanna, a job exactly 45 minutes from my location, she said it would take me 1 hour 30, I done it in 45 minutes, carried out my own research, this company can not even get facts straight, fail to research, but want to say client is wrong, this person behaves so lackadaisical, due to a lackluster performance, must be due to lackadaisical attitude, the company needs to know client is always correct!

Worst recruitment agency
Adecco came recommended to me through another governing body. I tried them out to which I was then assigned Gabriela. She’s very polite but her work ethic is inconsistent. I assume the way adecco work is they assign too many people looking for jobs to one person and they forget the rest of the other people they need to take care of. They tried to remove me off the system because I hadn’t worked for them within the 6 week period. However, I had requested they find me more work and I had nothing for months. I must have signed up in May or June 2023. I only had one job at Zara for one day (temp shift) in June (nothing since). I was constantly chasing them regarding jobs I had applied for or for any work they may have had. On another occasion there was another role but the lady covering administrative jobs is Jessica P. An appointment was set with her and I waited 15minutes from the time agreed. She eventually replied but no apology on her end. Since September 2023 I have been looking for work and it’s now December 2023. They have failed to find me anything or any temporary work despite the proclamation on contracts they have with other companies looking to hire…. Personally this company is a waste of time. I would recommend you go elsewhere… to sign up to them they request a lot of credentials and for people that do nothing my concern is what they are actually doing with that information.

Fantastic Experience
I would like to say a Big Thankyou to Denise and Claire, both for their efficient and proficient manner. They looked through my CV and arranged my first job interview in 23 years.
Claire phoned me before my interview with her professional and friendly support, which made me feel at ease and comfortable ready for my interview and after my interview I phoned Claire with the brilliant news that I have been offered the Job.
So thank you to Claire, I appreciate your dedication and professionalism, and your thoroughly helpful after-care support has been wonderful and absolutely brilliant to receive and nothing has been too much trouble.
I would 100% recommend Adecco Romford to friends and family they are extremely responsive and knowledgeable to find you that perfect job.
