Very bad quality
Very bad quality , i brought whal black magic clipper and trimmer but clipper messed-up cutting and trimmer are very sharp and cut tge skins i complaint the company they said to me you can return back and i return back in 14 days but they no fix the clippers and trimmer and they send back same clippers and trimmer and then post its wrong address now i sent the email and they are no reply back i think i need take legal action against this company

As mentioned in our last reply, from the information and video that you provided us with, this is due to miss use of the trimmer which we are not liable for. As we are trade only when purchasing items, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions stating you are qualified for using these products.
As there is no fault with the Clipper and Trimmer combo, unfortunately we are unable to issue you with a refund as there is no fault and these have been used.

Extremely poor customer service. Won’t use again.
Paid for next day delivery. After over a week and still no delivery I chased them for update. Was told item was on its way back to them after failed delivery attempts. DPD leave a card if they have tried to deliver, I didn’t get any. Was refunded but not delivery charge, I stated my contract for delivery was with Adel, they said it wasn’t - it is, it’s the law. Anyway, claimed via credit card provider (it’s the principal, not the value!)and have been refunded. Extremely poor customer service from Ruby.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review with us. From the information provided from DPD we can see that delivery was attempted on 2 separate occasions. As there was nobody at the property to receive the parcel upon delivery and no requests or further notifications were received, DPD returned the parcel back to us. As the delivery service was carried out for this order twice the charges still apply are not refundable.

Quick to arrive and excellent quality
Items where quick to arrive and the set of babyliss trimmers and clippers I bought were also the cheapest I could find (£155 when some places where selling them for £250+) and so I even thought they wont be legit but they most certainly are. Will definitely recommend.
