Bought a clipper and sent it back as it was too heavy. They told me it had been used and refused to refund me. They sent the item back to me and didn't refund my delivery cost it cost me to send it to them for the return.
The product had not been used at all and I'm fuming about it. Lost money for their incompetency

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review with us.
Unfortunately, upon inspection of the clipper remaining hairs were found indicating that the clipper has been used. Therefore, due to hygiene reasons we were unable to accept the return for these and issue you with a refund as they were no longer in a resaleable condition.
As there was no fault with the Clipper we do not cover the cost of returns I'm afraid.
