I found him through the internet and i was slightly concerned as there is so much fraud around and I have always gone for advisers i can meet in person.

Darren was exemplary in helping with our BTL HMO application to add to our portfolio. He was very quick in replying, great at explaining what was needed and what lenders needed to see and got a very competitive rate for the property. We will be using him again for our upcoming remortgage as well as all future BTL’s. We are a small property development company and have had an outstanding experience with Adept. So much so that we will now only use Adept for all of our future mortgage/bridging finance applications. We find them to be exceptionally detailed, conscientious, and knowledgeable about product ranges - which is so important to ensure a successful application. One of the really valuable things was how contactable they are - in any application (we have secured BTL mortgages and bridging finance through them) they have always responded the same day by email and answer the phone straight away. Buying property is very stressful... this ability to get in touch with them eases that. We did have a previous broker but have found Adept to have a much deeper knowledge and insight of BTL/Bridging finance. We could not recommend Adept highly enough !!!
