If I could give zero I would.

If I could give zero I would.

Ordered items. Received notification they had been delivered by DPD. No items were received. Complained to non customer service who said dpd would lanch an investigation.

Received response to say investigation was complete alkng with a photo supposedly of my order. This was a photo of someone else’s order

On contacting the courier they confirmed that no dialogue had been received at all from adexa - lack of lies

Will be initiating small claims proceedings

Slow and unclear customer service. No phone number available. Package was received badly damaged. It was not even taken off of lorry. Returned immediately and online claim registered. Three weeks later refund received - 2 hours after going to my credit card provider to reject payment.

I had a very positive experience with Adexa Direct. The ordering process was straightforward, and the delivery was quick and well-organized. The product quality met expectations, and everything arrived in good condition. Communication from the team was clear and helpful throughout. Overall, a smooth and reliable service — I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

I purchased a dishwasher

I purchased a dishwasher, but it never worked from the start. It has now been over three months with no resolution. The after‑sales support has been very poor, with slow responses and unhelpful communication throughout.
Having to repeatedly chase for updates has been frustrating and disappointing. I would expect much better customer service, especially for a faulty appliance.

Terrible

The ice machine stopped working after a month, I have been told that I need to pay for an engineer to assess the fault and if it is agreed by Adexa the warranty will kick in but the lead time is two to four weeks and may be longer. Customer service has been appalling. Don't buy from this company.

Adexa can not deliver or tell the truth

After two and a half months our paid for order of five kitchen equipment items is still missing two items. They took 10 weeks to collect one wrong item only to replace it the next day with the same wrong item, a heavy duty panini grill. This is still ongoing with the grill and an ice machine still missing.
We will now be going to seek legal advice to receive our items and get recompense.

The wrong item was sent and the item that was sent was damaged, they do not want to accept responsibility for anything appalling customer service and surprise surprise no telephone number to talk to a human. Avoid at all costs

Ordered two bottle fridges

Ordered two bottle fridges. Were delivered on pallets with pristine packaging. Opened within 24 hours but both were physically damaged. One with a massive dent in the front panel and the other with a broken glass door. Customer service is abysmal. As a pub owner, my advice would be to steer well clear of Adexa Direct, unless you want your sanity questioning. Never come across such a bunch of crooks.

I’m very happy with my Adexa slush…

I’m very happy with my Adexa slush machine! I’ve been using it for a week now, and it’s been working perfectly. Everything runs smoothly, and the results are great. I really hope it continues performing like this—so far, a great experience!

Absolute joke of a company

Absolute joke of a company - ordered a commercial glasswasher - arrived dented to the point it was unusable - refused delivery - waited 3 weeks & numerous back and forth emails regarding replacement / refund and was just getting messed around - eventually raised a dispute through my bank - immediately had an email from adexa saying they could no longer assist me since I raised the dispute - they never assisted me anyway lol - got refund the following day from bank.

I would avoid any dealings with this joke of a company - their policies are set up to massively favour themselves. Scumbags & all the staff are too.

Horrible company policy on returns with…

Horrible company policy on returns with 25% extortion refund fees!
I have recently placed an order for around £500 and sent back 1 item from my original order. An unused food processor simply because it wasn't worth the money as it was cheaply built so not suitable for commercial use. Processing the refund was a shocking surprise, They took 25% from my original payment plus I had to pay for shipping costs. Do not use this company for your business equipment orders as you will definitely regret it.

Don’t use

Don’t use. Items arrive below advertised standard and broken and then they refuse to refund. I spend over £200 on my order and they offered to refund £45. Criminal company, how can they deliver something broken and not working and then refuse to replace or refund.
