I received absolutely no direction via…
I received absolutely no direction via email from Adexa or the courier that I should expect my delivery until I randomly received a call at 07:45 on Monday 27/04 to say he was at my gym to deliver.
In fact I had tried to track the progress of my delivery earlier that morning & it indicated my package was still at their depot.
I had to travel from my home to my gym within 20 min to still receive my delivery. Awful service.
I ordered a griddle from Adexa late…
I ordered a griddle from Adexa late February that was delivered without any feet or a user’s manual. I contacted this company via email and received a response a little slow but not complaining about that. I was promised a manual! Almost 3 months now and nothing! I I messaged back several times ! And was told the manufacturer was notified and that they would get one for me ?! Nothing !
I was asked to take photos of the griddle and area of where the missing feet would be fitted! I’m not an engineer! And waited for help from a friend. I supplied photos. And was £10 for the missing feet ! I refused and explained I need the feet not £10
I have finally received the feet in may
After 3 months. Now I don’t have a manual or any instructions. Still waiting!
So far so good

Easy to find exactly what I needed on the website. Very competitively priced. Purchased and was delivered on time, good updates from company and delivery service.
Be very careful and read all T&C
If you've got a damaged item please notify it within 24h from the delivery as reported in their T&C.
The options are to send back on your own cost plus a 20% of "refund fee" plus a variable charge if items are damaged or missing. So if something go wrong you're going to loose a lot of money. Delivery is quite quick, and Customer support is also efficient and answers immediately. However there is not so much they can do if you find yourself outside their policy.

Great purchase wet/dry vacuum cleaner for my garage. Fantastic suction 😀
Avoid avoid. Never seen such a shambles!
Delivered a filing cupboard a day late with no explanation. 6 panels were buckled. We boxed it back up and it was collected for return. Now they dont know where it is! Then, a week later, a second box arrived. They say its the second part of my item...except my item already had all of the parts in it! Can't speak with a human. No refund...no sense from them online. Stuck now. 20 + emails. I give up!!! DO NOT go near Adexa. Shockingly bad.
Great service from start to finish.
Disaster !!!
Disaster !!!
Finally received my fridge after 5 weeks of poor poor customer service. Chat bot waste of time - complaint form waste of time. Finally told them I was contacting my solicitor- Miracle next day I was informed it was being delivered next day delivery, as I was in Northern Ireland I thought 3 days. 8 days it finally arrived. Fridge excellent. If it wasn’t for communication from Bethany from Adexa I don’t think I’d of ever got my fridge. Thankyou Bethany . Won’t be using Adexa ever again.
Excellent size
Excellent size, seems very well built and love the amount of shelves. Improvements would be adjustable shelves and wheels. But it is a great buy
We purchased an item from this company…
We purchased an item from this company via our business, and it arrived in a clearly damaged condition.
We also paid for next-day delivery, with the item due on Friday. However, it was not delivered until Monday, already causing delays to our operations.
At the point of delivery, the driver acknowledged that the goods had been damaged in transit. However, as the item was palletised and fully packaged, it was not reasonably possible to carry out a full inspection at the roadside. The full extent of the damage only became clear once the item was unpacked.
Despite providing photographic evidence and clearly explaining the situation, the company refused to accept responsibility. Instead, they relied entirely on their delivery terms, stating that because the delivery was not refused on arrival, liability had transferred to us — even though the damage had already been identified at the point of handover.
The “resolution” offered was:
Return the item at our own cost and risk, with up to a 20% deduction, or
Keep a damaged product and accept a partial refund or voucher
This is not a reasonable or fair outcome, particularly given the damage occurred prior to receipt and was acknowledged at delivery.
Overall, this has been a very poor experience from start to finish. The company appears to prioritise rigid enforcement of internal policies over taking responsibility for damaged goods or service failures.
We would strongly advise any business or individual to avoid using this company at all costs, particularly for palletised deliveries where proper inspection at the point of delivery is not realistically possible.
Disappointing service and not a company we would choose to work with again.
Very bad customer service
Ordering is easy on line. Unit arrived damaged and packaging was very damaged. The delivery driver took photos and said he would report back. My renovation work wasn't completed on time and so I had to wait to put the unit together. I sent pictures of the damage and was told that they could not do anything about it! Appalling customer srvice!
