£1600 for a wine display fridge

£1600 for a wine display fridge, motor packed in after 8 months. Borderline impossible to speak to anyone, can’t independently buy spares, then they make it impossible to actually get a solution. I think they actually rely on people giving up.

Cheap Chinese manufactured goods for…

Cheap Chinese manufactured goods for which they give a 12 month parts and labour warranty. When it comes to claiming under warranty their terms and conditions sneaked in say you need to pay for an engineer to first assess the fault and send them a fault report at your cost and they will then begin to assess if they will deal with a warranty claim. What’s a warranty worth if the consumer has to pay for an engineer to come in an identify the fault for Adexa anyway? Hypocrites

Appalling non existent customer service

The gas oven we purchased in September 2025 did not operate as we expected. We have been trying to get this resolved since then. Trying to contact this company is impossible as there is no phone number. Only way is through the chat and that is sending me round in circles.
We will not be buying from this company again

Ordered 2 units for my Gazebo

Ordered 2 units for my Gazebo. Delivered quickly. Made a little bracket to hang from ceiling. They work very well. Even on the second setting heats up the space well. Very happy with the purchase. One recommendation would be to make the power cord longer.

I spent £4,500 plus on equipment and it arrived in two different deliveries but one of the items I ordered a large 2m cooker hood wasn’t there so I emailed to enquire when it would be delivered and they said it was there but it wasn’t then I had to
Fill in a form and still nothing now there has been 16 emails back and forward and still they say its with there delivery team I asked for a refund and that has just been brushed to the side I will never do business with this company again as they clearly do not care about customer service all I wanted is the cooker hood Brian Desport

Price looks good but AVOID

The purchasing experience is quick and simple - we bought a vaccine fridge in July 2025. However after that it became apparent the fridge was faulty and then the poor communication issues started. I was unable to get through to anyone on the phone, trying >30 minutes at a time. The online chat agents just went around in circles. Emails went unanswered. The shocking attitude of the agents on the chat was gobsmacking. They made making a warranty claim impossible such that we've decided to just write off the £1000 cost and move on. DO NOT BUY anything from this site.

Appalling service

Appalling service. Paid for next day delivery. Items still haven’t been dispatched so I had to contact them through chat as their phone lines are permanently closed to be told I had to message the again tomorrow after the failed delivery. Was told then items were still in the warehouse waiting to be picked so they can’t possibly be here today like the service I had paid for. Point blank message again tomorrow and then they ended the chat. Was horrendous customer service and by the looks of the feedback I’m not alone

I ordered a steel cabinet for my…

I ordered a steel cabinet for my warehouse. That was the easy bit, when they take your money and you hope you will receive something of quality. The reality is that the parcel is dumped outside, has a massive rip in the packaging and damage to the cabinet. Contacting customer service is hard-work and they make the client feel he is in the wrong. Offered £20 compensation to accept a damaged cabinet. Refused. A 2nd package arrives with more damage than before. No apology but now told they must collect everything before a refund is provided. I cannot believe how this company believes it offers quality products and a quality customer service. I will never buy from them again. Poor,poor, poor products and dreadful service.

They don’t honour their guarantees

I bought a mixer which was guaranteed for a year and it suddenly stopped working, I rang the company and they asked me to check the fuse and send a video of it being turned on and not working which I did ten days ago and I haven’t heard anything back from them. I think their guarantees are just to lure to buy but in reality they don’t stand by them.

The Kamado BBQ oven is a fantastic new cooking experience. The temp is easy to control. The stand was straightforward to assemble. Looking forward to years of outdoor cooking.
