Website turned around the billing and delivery address, so upon trying to contact them there is no phone number to call. Waited for 30mins on the chat bot to be told nothing could be done. Eventually sorted it myself by contacting the courier. Paid extra for overnight, delivered three days later. Damage to fascia and plastic covers and told it was too long before it was reported. As this key policy wasn't bought to my attention before placing the order I don't accept this at all. Overall a dreadful experience, one I shall not repeat. Avoid, go somewhere else.

We purchased a fridge last September but temperature didn’t go below 7 C. We have written 5 emails for nearly 2 months now and requested to check, repair or replace. Unfortunately nobody gets back to us until now. There is phone number but you cannot call them cause it says write an email. So not happy their service and product. I will never buy anything from them again,

Absolutely shockingly bad service. Products are cheap, poor quality. I bought an undercounter fridge for my pub and after a few days the doors and locks are falling off but they want nothing to do with it. Don't waste your money with these clowns

Their cheap products come at a big cost with regards to customer services. Part of my order never arrived, they have no phone number, you can only go via chat. Raised the issue with them, waited an hour for a response, the agent told me they will look into it but never heard back from them, they then went offline. It said "we are currently away"... waited another hour, so was around 2.5 hours total waiting for a response from this agent, nothing so I have had to leave it. I don't know how else to get in contact with them, I also emailed but got no response from that either.
If you run a serious business beware of these as they cannot be relied upon.
Currently it just says:
Our agents are currently unavailable. Please note that we are closed on evenings, weekends and Public Holidays.
"For any reports of damaged or faulty items, to request a return or to report missing or incorrect products from your delivery please fill in the relevant contact form on the CONTACT US page of the Adexa website and we will get back to you as soon as possible."
That's it... there is no option left to me so I will have to do a chargeback via my bank.

Poor Customer Experience
I placed an order for an item which showed in stock and paid extra for next day delivery. The item did not arrive so queried where it was and was told it was out of stock. I needed the item for a customer urgently and my customer then found it themselves elsewhere so i asked to cancel this order and was told i would need to pay a 25% restocking charge.. for an item not in stock!
Even in Adexa's own T&C it mentions if an item is out of stock you get an option of a refund etc but this wasn't an option for me as they were due the stock?? All very underhand and not something i would expect from a company in this day and age.

I strongly advise others to think twice before buying from Adexa.
I purchased two fryers which both stopped working within just 2 months, and also bought a heated display counter (Commercial Heated Showcase Food Warmer 900mm – Model HW602, £262.80 incl. VAT) that has now also failed.
When I contacted customer service, I was shocked by their warranty process. Instead of offering support or repair, I was told I must pay for a qualified catering engineer myself just to diagnose the issue. This includes providing a full professional report, photos, and detailed documentation — all at my own expense — just to potentially receive replacement parts.
What is the point of buying a £262.80 product if I then have to spend even more money just to prove it’s faulty?
The policy is unreasonable, the service is poor, and there is no proper direct customer support line. Overall, the products are low quality and the after-sales support is extremely disappointing.

Wors company ever there is no contact number for cancellation you even if you send them mail they are still sending the order and then get charged £120 shoking %25 cancelation fee with out any loss never agian
Wonderful Adexa service
Wonderful Adexa service. We bought Royal Catering hot chocolate dispensers, and they were great, but after just a few months of use, the plastic clamps broke and will need to be replaced.

Please do not buy from these scam artists, you will receive a damaged product at best. They are being sued left and centre for there shoddy equipment , just read other reviews they will send you a seconds product as new then say you damaged it

Beware! This company is an utter disgrace.prices look amazing but for accession. Equipment is shoddy, breaks down almost immediately, and then it is impossible to get your money back or anything exchanged. DO NOT USE
