They are refusing to pay completed rewards on Goblin woods and I spent 150.00 cash to complete the challenges. And they refuse to honor a refund or reward

A scam, downloaded TikTok on phone , offer was new download which it was, have for 3 days on phone, had it a month, they’ve made some excuse and refused to pay, avoid

They'll probably say I used a VPN/cheat system, etc., while on duty. That's perfectly normal for them to say that, because that's how they scam us.

I downloaded the Animals and Coins offer from the Adgate Media provider and started playing. I received every stage reward without any problems. However, they only charged back the task that gave the highest reward, and they banned me from the Adgate Media provider. I've experienced countless similar problems in previous years. They did the same thing in almost all the tasks I completed in the past. Here's what they did:
They waited for me to complete the task to the highest levels, and once I finished, they both chargedback me and banned me. After the allotted time for the task (usually 30 days) passed, they unbanned me, and when I submitted a ticket, they said the task time had expired.

I wouldn't recommend using Adgate if you don't want to get scammed.

Technical Fraud - Refusal to credit completed milestones (ID 23817168)
​I have completed 3 milestones for Call of Dragons: 1M Power, 1.5M Power, and Tier 3 Troops. AdGate rejected my tickets (#17152941, #17154942) claiming the offer is 'expired'. This is a LIE. My dashboard clearly shows 25 DAYS REMAINING. I have provided screenshots of the active timer and my 1.5M Power progress. They are ignoring my evidence and my emails (happydarcks@). Avoid this provider!"

Waste of time trying to do offers for games. Spend hours trying to complete and when you do they blame technical issues on why offers are tracking to avoid paying out. Very scammy. Do not recommend.

Bingo Vacations: If the game runs good they refuse payment. Scam!!!! Avoid them. It is very complicated to open a Ticket and afterwards if you send proofs they refuse. Not honest and fair treatment.

I completed an offer provided by AdGate Rewards through a partner platform.
After meeting the requirements, my reward was rejected due to an alleged time limit that was not clearly stated in the offer description.

When contacting support, I was informed that the decision was made by the advertiser and that further details could not be disclosed.
As a user, I was left without a clear explanation or a meaningful way to appeal the decision.

More transparency in offer conditions and a clearer support process would greatly improve user trust.

AdGate support reviewed my case and credited the reward after further investigation.

The overall negative reviews from people are true. Yes, I also completed the offer. I provided 100% proof that the offer was fulfilled but I have no reward. I have wasted several hundred hours of my time! Thieves

I would give it zero if I could. I completed level 1400 on a free cash offer. Never got paid from 800 and 900 and 1400. Said something about a VPN which I don't have. And can't do anything because there advertisers haven't let them know I completed it even though I showed them proof I completed it

Don't play Adgate Sponsored games. Don't give them your time and ad viewing. Don't give them revenue. They will steal from you.

Adgate provides offers for freecash.com, in which i took on as a very reliable source of not only money, but new content to enjoy. after about my second adgate offer "Game of Vampires" was half way completed (mind you these are not easy tasks and require an investment) they decided to falsely accuse me of cheating/fraudulent completion/and or use of VPN, resulting in a chargeback. My first on record blemish. after several days of trying to get ahold of them the answer i received was "for security reasons, we cant tell you" and that its not reversable. Afterwards i started having issues with all providers of the platform and the tickets i placed being denied constantly. This company single handedly was the downfall of a $2k+ monthly income.

Got Banned for nothing - wont pay any cash out - just scammers!

Adgate doesn’t pay for any of their offers. I played Monopology go and didn’t get credited, due to tracking issues and now I played Goblins wood and received no reward and I was told they couldn’t confirm completion of the game even after I sent them screenshots. Not worth it

AdGate is a scam and support won’t respond to your emails. I would suggest you guys to try Torox or any other provider instead and file a complaint to FreeCash about AdGate.
They will make every good offer not count and they will chargeback your earnings for no reason at all but call it ”fraudulent activity”. They hide behind that. They’re not serious and not professional at all.

I completed the Solitaire Skillz – Win Cash milestone for 1,000 cash games won on October 2 through a HeyCash offer powered by AdGate Media. This was a verified milestone with full video proof, timestamps, and Skillz confirmation. The reward was about $200 CAD.

HeyCash first said AdGate flagged my progress as “faster than average,” then claimed the offer “wasn’t tracked,” and finally stated payment was “not authorized.” These conflicting explanations all came from AdGate’s partner channel and ended with no payout.

This issue reached HeyCash’s payments team, which means it was tracked and verified. It was not a glitch. The refusal to pay a verified milestone after confirming completion is deceptive and unacceptable. I have reported this to Apple under “Report a scam or fraud.” AdGate Media’s handling of verified completions raises serious concerns about integrity and consumer protection. I spent hard earned money on this milestone and played over 2000 games.

I completed the offer and received payments only up to level 42. I’m currently at level 370 and haven’t received a single payment since then, that’s a total of €110.49 they owe me. They don’t reply to support tickets or emails, and it’s clear they have no intention of paying. Don’t waste your time, they simply don’t pay once you start earning more.

ADGATE is the most horrible sponsor company they won't pay you unless you have advertising ads in the background of the app I invested $500 dollars and more on the goblins wood app paid for the no advertisement package now they won't pay ignoring my emails it's been 2 months no word from customer support I'm done with anything that's sponsored by ADGATE the refuse to credit me for the awards I completed this is a total loss on my end
